    Press activate after returning, then keep your finger on the button and with another finger press * to unlock your phone.

    Hello, it's Isaac. You remove the battery from your phone and then turn it back on. Once that's done, go directly into the settings menu of the phone. Look around, you'll see it's displayed as lock settings: automatic lock, and you disable it, and that's it. Thanks! If it works, here's my email to let me know:
