Zone alarm et avast , signalés désactivés, pc Fermé

Question

Bonjour,
Je suis très embêtée depuis trois semaines, mon pc fonctionne très mal, il est très lent. j'ai windows vista familial basique, Internet Explorer 7, comme sécurité Zone Alarm, avast, Ccleaner , spybot et multiviruscleaner.
Souvent j'ai une alerte de windows, qui me signale que mon antivirus et mon pare-feu sont désactivés ainsi que le pare-feu de windows.et que mon px est sans protection
C'est la première fois que je rencontre ce genre de problème
Par ailleurs avast, il y a un mois de cela fonctionnait avec 6 services sur 7; il ya 15jours, il affachait 4 sur 14 et depuis une bonne semaine 4 services sur 24. Je suis perplexe, la boule disparait et revient selon son humeur. 
peut-être est-ce que mon pc est infecté. tout ces tracas se posent, depuis l'installation de la mise à jour de windows live messenger, les autres mises à jour windows, se font automatiquement.
Quel anti virus peut remplacer avast? si il ne donne plus satisfaction peut-être devrais-je le remplacer...
J'ai passé des antivirus en ligne ils ne trouvent rien, seul virus total, que je n'arrive pas à lancer, je ne connais pas la manipulation à faire et suis très novice en matière d'informatique, pour ne pas dire nulle.

Télécharge Random's System Information Tool (RSIT) par random/random et sauvegarde-le sur ton Bureau.
http://images.malwareremoval.com/random/RSIT.exe
Clique sur Continue
Si l'outil HijackThis (version à jour) n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera et tu devras accepter la licence.
 Lorsque l'analyse sera terminée, deux fichiers texte s'ouvriront poste les 2 rapports SEPAREMENT

J'ai désinstallé et réinstallé avast et, zone alarm et avast fonctionnent à nouveau, 
auparavant j'ai passé hitjckthis plusieurs fois et toolbar,  je ne peux affirmer ce qui a pu effecaer l'infection 
dois-je installer le nouveau logiciel qui m'a été conseillé? ou attendre pour voir comment fonctionne le pc

toolbar et hijackthis n'ont supprime aucun virus :

car hijackthis et logiciel de diagnostic et toolbar n'a rien effacé n'ont plus

si tu n'as pas le temps dit le moi sinon envoie quand meme le rapport RSIT pour controler

Lance l installation avec les parametres par default

Branche tes sources de données externes à ton PC, (clé USB, disque dur externe, etc...) suceptible d avoir été infectés sans les ouvrir
clic sur le raccourci UsbFix sur ton bureau
choisi l option 1 (nettoyage)
Le pc va redémarer
Apres redémarrage post le rapport UsbFix.txt dans C
le logiciel est detecté par certains antivirus si c'est le cas ignore l'alerte et desactive tes defense le temps du scan

Je n'arrive pas à utiliser le dossier adobe reader ne peut l'ouvrir, le fichier n'est pas pris en charge, ler message signale, qu'il est peut être endommage
est-ce parce que j'ai internet explorer 7
Je commence à désespérer, pour le moment avst et zone alarm fonctionne, je n'ai plus d'alerte de sécurité, j'espère que cela va durer et surtout que mon pc ne sera pas endommagé par l'infection, puisque le je ne peux faire la désinfection

 Télécharge JavaRa.zip de Paul 'Prm753' McLain et Fred de Vries.

* Décompresse le fichier sur le bureau (clic droit > Extraire tout)
* Double-cliquer sur le répertoire JavaRa.
* Puis double-cliquer sur le fichier JavaRa.exe (le exe peut ne pas s'afficher)
* Clique sur Search For Updates.
* Sélectionner Update Using jucheck.exe puis cliquer sur Search.
* Autorise le processus à se connecter s'il le demande, cliquer sur Install et suivre les instructions d'installation qui prennent quelques minutes.
* L'installation est terminée, revenez à l'écran de JavaRa et clique sur Remove Older Versions.
* Clique sur Oui pour confirmer. Laisse travailler et cliquez ensuite sur Ok, puis une deuxième fois sur Ok.
* Un rapport va s'ouvrir à copier-coller dans la prochaine réponse.
* Fermer l'application

Note : le rapport se trouve aussi à la racine de la partition système, en général C:\ sous le nom JavaRa.log .
