Hello,
I have a problem with my mouse: when I’m on the computer, everything works fine, but as soon as I launch Guild Wars, my mouse stops appearing but remains operational (the cursor is still active, I can select a menu... but it’s invisible).
Do you know what this is due to? I’ve seen this problem several times, but never solved it. It’s resolved here, but I can’t get it: they say to go to Control Panel, Appearance and Personalization, Personalization, Display Settings, Advanced Settings, Troubleshooting tab, ... and move the "Hardware Acceleration" slider all the way to the right, but I can’t do that because the button is greyed out: "The current display driver does not allow changes to hardware acceleration settings."
Thanks
PS: I’m on Vista

Configuration: Windows Vista Firefox 3.0.5

Same problem for me but with seven, but I resolved it recently. I went to Mouse Properties, Pointer Options, in the Visibility submenu I unchecked 'display pointer trails' and miracle the mouse pointer reappeared immediately in GWars...

Hi
Update your graphics driver... On the manufacturer’s site if it's a branded PC or a laptop, or see here: http://www.commentcamarche.net/faq/sujet 388 drivers how to find drivers
It will probably run better afterwards.
