Bonjour, depuis quelque temps j'ai sans arret des fenêtres publicitaires (notamment de jeux, sonneries ...) qui se nomment "Advertisement - Windows internet explorer". J'ai recherché des solutions mais comme apparemment, chaque chose a l'air spécifique je préfère demander. Donc voilà, si quelqu'un peut m'aider, ça serait sympa.

télécharge Malwares Bytes c'est un anti spyrware qui pourra supprimé beaucoup de infection que tu doit avoir sur ton pc !!!

J'ai déjà fais plusieurs scan avec Ccleaner, RegistryBooster, et analysé avec mon antivirus, rien n'a été trouvé.

Bonjour,

* Desactives le controle des comptes utilisateurs sous vista :
-- Cliques sur " demarrer " --> panneau de configuration --> comptes utilisateur
et tu le desactives..

* Ensuite telecharges hijackthis sur ton bureau :
http://www.trendsecure.com/portal/en-US/tools/Security_tools/hijackthis

* Fermes tous les programmes en cours et lances hijackthis
( double clic pour XP)
( clic droit sur l'icone --> executer en tant qu'administrateur)--> sous vista

* Executes le en cliquant sur Do a scan and save a log file.
* le rapport s'ouvre sur le bloc-note
--> enregistres le et postes son contenu

*Telecharges Navilog1 sur ton bureau :
http://perso.orange.fr/il.mafioso/Navifix/Navilog1.exe

/!\ Desactives ton antivirus et la garde de ton antispyware si tu en as un /!\

* Cliques droit sur le raccourci de ton bureau ( executer en tant...) et lances l'installation

* Une fois installé, fermes tous les programmes et cliques droit sur Navilog1.exe

* Choisis la langue et valides par la touche " entrée " de ton clavier.
* Cliques droit sur Navilog1.bat ( il se peut qu'il n'apparaisse pas et que tu n'aies que Navilog1.exe)

* Une fenetre s'ouvre :
--> appuies sur 1 touche pour passer aux etapes suivantes

* Le menu du Fix s'ouvre :
--> choisis l'option 1 et presses la touche Entrée
---> patientes le temps du scan et laisses le travailler

* A la fin un rapport est généré, postes le

Note : le rapport fixnavi.txt se trouve aussi à la racine du disque dur !

--> tu tapotes sur la touche F8 ou F5 de ton clavier au demarrage du pc
--> un ecran noir va apparaitre avec plusieurs choix :
---> Choisis mode sans echec et valides par la touche Entrée...

--> Une fois en MSE, relances smitfraudfix :
--> Au menu, choisis l'option 2
--> reponds oui aux questions posées
---> patientes jusqu'a la fin de suppression
* un rapport sera généré, postes le

* Telecharges Malwarebytes antimalware

à la fin du telechargement Mbam se met à jour automatiquement, laisses faire.
* Fermes tous les programmes en cours et lances Mbam.

Mon antivirus doit-il toujours etre desactivé ? Car il n'y est plus suite aux redemarrages et des tas d'alertes s'activent.

Oups, un oubli de ma part --> faux positif

Desactives le avant et reactives aprés
* Verifie aussi le controle des comptes utilisateurs
quand tu te sers de ToolbarSD --> il a tendance a le faire reactiver...

* Verifie le controle des comptes avant de faire la manoeuvre !
-- desactives ton antivirus et relances ToolBarSD
---> au menu, choisis l'option2 et patientes jusqu'à la fin du nettoyage

* Un rapport sera généré, postes le !
