They don't belong to you? oO
So it's someone from another PC who had fun changing the IP...
So unless you ask those people, it’s a no-go.
You can always try resetting the router, right?
Try unplugging/replugging it or, in the worst case, taking it apart to look for a battery...
They are my brother's and sister's computers; otherwise, I've already tried rebooting the modem and the router, it still doesn't work :s otherwise, how do you reset the router? Don't talk to me about the manual, I can't find it x)

Ok,
Is the internet working? Can you surf?
Open Internet Explorer:
---> Start
---> Run
---> Type: iexplore then press enter
Clear the temporary files, cookies and clear the history.
---> Tools
---> Internet Options
---> Delete Files then Delete Cookies and Clear History (may take a few minutes)
---> Apply / OK
---> Click on "Stop"
---> in the address bar, type: http://192.168.0.1 (don't forget the http://)
And let me know if it works.

On your three PCs, none of them can connect to the modem?
Have you tried rebooting the modem?
And the PCs?
Otherwise, maybe you've changed the IP address of your modem...
Try scanning the ports from 198.168.0.1 to 192.168.13...

Remember: Google is your friend!
Anti "hi, I want to become a hacker, how do we do that please? without programming because I don't know fR"

I scanned the port 192.168.0.1 with Advanced Port Scanner. In open ports (2), there are
110 Open (pop3)
515 Open (printer)
and in closed ports (65), there are
0- 109 Closed
111-514 Closed
516-65535 Closed
That's it, and for 192.168.13, it doesn't exist :s I tried 192.168.0.13 and it shows nothing either
Otherwise, with IE, it takes me to a Google search for "I can't access 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.0.1 (I've read everything, it's not my problem)"
And on the other computers, I can't access them, they don't belong to me. That's it!! Please help me, I've browsed all of Google!

So it's someone from another PC who had fun changing the IP...
So unless you ask these people, it's a lost cause.
You could always try resetting the router, right?
Try unplugging/replugging it or in the worst case, disassembling it to look for a battery...

Is your router's DHCP service enabled?
Can you run a ipconfig /all and post it here?
How are you connected to your router? Ethernet, Wi-Fi...?
Do you ping your localhost? ping 127.0.0.1
++

Hi,
Can you take a screenshot of a ping to 192.168.0.1
Also a screenshot of a ping www.google.fr
Make sure you're connected via Ethernet (wired).
Otherwise:
Uninstall Hamachi through Add/Remove Programs, because I wouldn't be surprised if your problem comes from there.
I'm going to eat, see you soon.

Here I uninstalled Hamachi, but when I go to 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.1.1 it still doesn't work. Otherwise, here is a screenshot of the two pings

In that case, unplug the RJ45 cable from the router, and reset your router with a paperclip in the small slot provided.
It is at the back of the router: https://technicallyeasy.net/how-to-reset-d-link-di-524-wireless/
The router must be powered on, then,
Once you have pressed the button for 10 seconds (with the paperclip)
Test with Internet Explorer http://192.168.0.1
