Did you connect all the speakers? Did you properly put the box that converts the electric pipes to the rods and gears made of iron?
For those who can't manage with the speakers, it's easier to place them four by four (two below and two above) you connect the four together then you link the three stacks and then you connect them to the wind turbine.

Hello, I think I can help you but I'm not sure if it will be helpful. If you have 21 figurines, I recommend searching again in all the islands (except for yours). Anyway, I've almost finished the figurines, 21 out of 24. Good luck! =)

Where can we find: Anne and Elodie the Siamese, Lord Daniel, Paloma the crocodile hunter, Thomas, T.O.B.O.R, old Gabi, Erwann, and Sophie the lawyer (in figurines). Otherwise, Erwann's sister annoys me because I've finished her first mission, she has the gift on her head but won't talk to me!
