Symphony is not always enough to find a title... there are many
but anyway, the theme music is
excerpts from the "Scottish Symphony" (Symphony No. 3) and the Violin Concerto in E minor
by Felix Mendelssohn
we also find music by Era.

Well, that’s an original piece of music by Éric Lévi, I believe. Anyway, all non-original music is listed in the credits, read it and you’ll surely find out if it’s a cover, which I doubt.

PS: The theme music is not an Era piece, since Era didn't exist yet in 1992 ^^ Éric Lévi created it later and used the music written for "Les Visiteurs" in the first album.
