random's system information tool (RSIT) par andom/random et sauvegarde-le sur le Bureau.

Double-clique sur RSIT.exe afin de lancer RSIT.

Clique Continue à l'écran Disclaimer.

Si l'outil HijackThis (version à jour) n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera (autorise l'accès dans ton pare-feu, si demandé) et tu devras accepter la licence.

Lorsque l'analyse sera terminée, deux fichiers texte s'ouvriront.

Poste le contenu de log.txt (<<qui sera affiché)
ainsi que de info.txt (<<qui sera réduit dans la Barre des Tâches).

NB : Les rapports sont sauvegardés dans le dossier C:\rsit

Et important, enregistre le sur le bureau.

Avant d'utiliser ComboFix :

prend connaissance de l'installation de la console de recuperation -> Tutoriel https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/combofix/fr/comment-utiliser-combofix

► Déconnecte toi d'internet et referme les fenêtres de tous les programmes en cours.

► Désactive provisoirement et seulement le temps de l'utilisation de ComboFix, la protection en temps réel de ton Antivirus et de tes Antispywares, qui peuvent géner fortement la procédure de recherche et de nettoyage de l'outil.

Une fois fait, sur ton bureau clic droit sur l'icone de Combofix.exe choisi renommer et renomme en Ladygreenfix.exe

Ensuite double clique sur Ladygreenfix.exe

- Répond oui au message d'avertissement, pour que le programme commence à procéder à l'analyse du pc.

/!\ Pendant la durée de cette étape, ne te sert pas du pc et n'ouvre aucun programmes.

- En fin de scan il est possible que ComboFix ait besoin de redemarrer le pc pour finaliser la désinfection\recherche, laisses-le faire.

- Un rapport s'ouvrira ensuite dans le bloc notes, ce fichier rapport Combofix.txt, est automatiquement sauvegardé et rangé à C:\Combofix.txt)

► Réactive la protection en temps réel de ton Antivirus et de tes Antispywares, avant de te reconnecter à internet.

► Reviens sur le forum, et copie et colle la totalité du contenu de C:\Combofix.txt dans ton prochain message.

bon je me suis débrouillée et j'ai réussi à enlevée cette "zone protégée" et j'ai réussi à télécharger RSIT
je fais la manip que tu m'as mis précédemment et je mets le rapport sur le forum!

ouh la :s là je pense que c'est l'infection! il y a de la lecture! j'en reviens pas!

he bien il a vraiment du monde de caché dans ton pc !!

commence par ceci

Telecharge UsbFix < http://sd-1.archive-host.com/membres/up/116615172019703188/UsbFix.exe >sur ton bureau

--> Lance l installation avec les parametres par default

Branche tes sources de données externes à ton PC, (clé USB, disque dur externe, etc...) sans les ouvrir

--> Fais un clic Droit sur le raccourci UsbFix sur ton bureau et choisis "Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur"
-->choisis l' option 1 (nettoyage)
--> Le pc va redémarer
-->Apres redémarrage post le rapport UsbFix.txt

Note : le rapport UsbFix.txt est sauvegardé à la racine du disque sur lequel tu as installé l'OS.

Relance USBFix et choisis l’option 2 « Vaccination »

je n'ai plus de clé USB depuis peu et je n'ai pas de disque dur externe...je dois quand meme le faire?

tu branche ce que tu as , si tu n'as rien a branché il faut tout de meme executer usbfix

je l'ai installé! je l'ouvre et je lance l'étape 1? ça risque d'être long à "analyser" etc??
