bonjour,

depuis peu ma page de demarrage est bloqué sur about : blank home search, cela m'est déjà arrivé avec a2 free et ad aware j'avais réussi a viré tout ça la depuis peu mon fils a telechargé pas mal sur emule et hop toutes ces cochonneries sont revenues et j'ai du mal a m'en débarassé je voudrais de l'aide car bien que novice je m'informe un peu partout , la premiere fois cela a marché mais la ça ne fait rien du tout. merci de m'aider et de m'expliquer avec des explications que je peux comprendre dans mon language car quand on connait rien c'est pas toujours simple merci beaucoup

pour ce dernier faut absolument fermer tout les programe y compris internet explorer et donc hors connexion ensuite faire fix next next

pense a les mettre a jour avant de les lance
ensuite tu nous dit ce que ca donne

ensuite suprimez les fichier inutiles
demarrer/paneau de configuration/option internet/suprimer fichier temporaaire apres une petite fentre s'ouvre tu coche "suprimer tout le contenu hors connexion" suprime aussi les cookies et efface l'historique

redemare ...
si le probleme persiste faite un scan avec hijackthis

ensuite faire scan/save log et coller le resultat ici

redemare ... si le probleme persiste refait un hijack et colle le resultat ici

j'ai poste mon dernier log hijacthis de ce matin donc ma page voila était reveu tout allait bien eh la page about blank est revenu je pense ne pas etre loin de la solution car avant de fare toute ses manip je n'arrivais pas du tout a changer ma page, j'ai fait mes maj windows, j'ai viré les fichers dans option internet sup les fichiers un truc ls 04 jess tu me dis d 'arreter le processus dans gestonnaire des taches comment je les identifie et comment je fais je ne suis pas loin mais encore a faire se sont des belles cochonneries

On s'est vu hier pour le Backup.

Pour  arrêter les process. Tu vas dans le gest. de tâches et tous les .exe qui sont dans les lignes 04 (par exemple: msbx.exe ou Ati2mdxx.exe) si tu les vois dans l'onglet "processus" tu fais clic droit et tu clic sur "terminer le processus". Tu fais ça pour toutes les lignes 04.

                    Je vois sur ton rapport que Hijack.exe est dans un  Temp.Il faut que tu l'enregistres ailleurs. Mets le dans "mes documents" par exemple.

Parce que Hijack crée des sauvegardes quant tu fais des suppressions et il met ces sauvegardes dans le dossier où se trouve l'application.

Comme ça si tu as fait une "boulette" tu peux toujours revenir en arrière. Mais si ton application est dans un dossier Temporaire, ça ne reste pas  si tu nettoies par exemple. Et du coup, tu perds tes sauvegardes.

Tu peux toujours retélécharger Hijack et l'enregistrer cette fois dans "mes docs".

Et ce n'est pas moi qui vérifierai ton prochain rapport. Sûrement Jess15 ou un autre spécialiste de Hijack.

1.redemarre en mode sans echec (redemarage + tapotte sans arret sur F8 desque l'ordi s'allume) 



2.  affiche les fichier cacher comme ceci : 

clicker sur demarrer/panneau de configuration/option des dossiers/affichage 

Cocher afficher les dossiers cacher 

Décoche la case "Masquer les fichiers protégés du système d'exploitation (recommandé)" 

Puis fais «Ok» pour valider les changements. 

Decocher masquer les extentions dont le type est connues 



3.ensuite va dans demarrer/rechercher et tape: (un par un)



szsvd.dll

apirj.dll 

cleanall.exe 

mshe.exe 

crkg.exe 

Tvm.exe 

suprime les et  vide ta corebeille 



puis suprime les fichier inutiles 

demarrer/paneau de configuration/option internet/suprimer fichier temporaaire apres une petite fentre s'ouvre tu coche "suprimer tout le contenu hors connexion"  suprime aussi les cookies et efface l'historique 


ensuite passe un coup d'antispywares :

alors j'ai fait tout ce que tu m'as dis ensuite ad aware ne me marquait plus rien, spy bot pas arriver a le telecharger et l'autre aussi maisquand j'ai eu fini sans le spy bot et le wche... pas page était revenue mais quad j'ai rebooté mon pc c'était revenu je te refait un hijack ce soir mais a chaque fois je suis obligé de retelecharger hijackthis parceque il est enregistre dans mes documents le scan que je t'envoie ensuite je ne peux pas le remodifier quand tu me dis de supprimer des choses dedans a chaque fois j'en fais un nouveau j'ai bien supprimer les fichiers cachés etc mais cça revient encore la je suis paumé complet complet il doit y avoir un truc pas grand chose car elle revient avant j'avais rien qui revenait mais elle ne tient pas j'attends de tes nouvelles
