Je pense avoir un virus exploreur.exe

Bonjour,
Je vous demande de l'aide car mon McAfee me donne des alertes virale , ad aware et spybot me trouve clean , donc je comprend pas , je post mon rapport HiJack , merci de votre aide/avis ....
