Impos. télécharger anti-virus -System Securit

Bonjour,
Depuis hier j'ai de gros soucis avec mon ordinateur. Il a commencé par planter au démarrage, impossible de le rebooter. Puis aucun message d'érreurs. Aujourd'hui j'ai le logiciel "System security firewall" qui s'est installé et qui me bloque l'accés à grand nombre de site avec sans arrêt des alertes m'incitant à l'activer. Impossible de télécharger Kaspersky, antivir, malwarebytes ou spybot....pour faire un scan de mon ordi.
