Salut,

Tu as surement des fichiers temporaires et un disque dur fragmenté.
Je te conseille d'utiliser CCleaner pour les fichiers temporaires
Et le défragmenteur de disque de Windows (poste de travail, clique droit sur le disque concerné puis défragmenter)
