Hello,

I have an LG TV and I can't save the sound and light settings.
After 3 to 8 minutes, the settings revert to the way they were before.

    Hello

    please check that the TV is not in store mode
    to do this, it's best to reset to factory settings
    and go through the first installation menu

    it seems to me that it's in the menu, options
    and at the very bottom there's factory mode

    the password is 0000
