Windows recovery charger Solved/Closed

Question

Hello,

here is my problem:

when I turn on my PC, I only get a black screen with the following message:

Windows recovery loader

the last system recovery attempt from its previous location has failed
would you like to attempt a new recovery? (use the arrow keys to highlight your choice)

_continue recovery
_delete restore data and go to the menu

the issue is that the arrow keys don't work and I can't do anything. I changed the batteries in my keyboard (just in case that was the issue, but it’s not)
I really don’t know what to do. Is it a virus? Could a wrong subsequent manipulation have caused this?

To all those who have this problem, the previously mentioned solutions did not work for me, so I'm sharing the solution I found on my own:
Restart the computer and go directly into the BIOS at startup by pressing F.. and there you go to the "integrated periph.." menu, USB Keyboard and select "Enabled", exit the BIOS saving these settings. You will arrive at the same black screen and there the wireless or USB keyboard will work like magic! I pressed "delete ..." and Windows restarts normally!!!
So happy to have restarted my computer after a few days of being in trouble, I hope to help others who encounter this issue.

I have about the same problem. The issue? My keyboard (USB) is not detected at startup, so I cannot choose between the two options.

I have a partitioned iMac (Windows Seven), and this happened after waking it up from sleep; since then, I can't do anything on my Windows partition.

Any solution to my problem?

Solution found after a day of research... It was really stupid..

Just be patient; boot into Windows; wait for the menu to appear; choose to delete restore data and move on to the menu; if that doesn't work

===> unplug the keyboard and wait a while, then plug it back in and it should be clean.

I had the same problem; my keyboard wasn't responding and I didn't know what to choose. But I found a very simple solution!!! No need to reboot anything, you just need to find a keyboard that doesn't connect via a USB port; it requires the old round connectors, I don't know what they're called, and you need to plug it into the computer (powered off) in the designated spot (there should normally be one for the keyboard and one for the mouse). This way you can choose either option without any issues, and the computer restarts smoothly :D

Hello, I'm bringing this topic back up because the first two solutions were good but neither of them works for me. Here are the reasons: this laptop I have, HP G62, does not have that famous port Jadoune talks about. It’s a shame because I have the keyboard as well. As for Rebby’s solution, the same issue - my BIOS only has the menus "Main", "Security", "Diagnostics", and "System Configuration", and "Exit". In none of these menus, I repeat none, is there the option to access any keyboard, and neither the term "keyboard" nor any other peripheral besides the hard drive is mentioned. I have an HP G62 if that helps. If there’s another solution, I’d appreciate it. Thank you.
