Désinstaller anti spyware 2008

Télécharge SDFix (créé par AndyManchesta) et sauvegarde le sur ton Bureau.
http://downloads.andymanchesta.com/RemovalTools/SDFix.exe
Double clique sur SDFix.exe et choisis Install pour l'extraire dans un dossier dédié sur le Bureau. Redémarre ton ordinateur en mode sans échec en suivant la procédure que voici :
• Redémarre ton ordinateur
• Après avoir entendu l'ordinateur biper lors du démarrage, mais avant que l'icône Windows apparaisse, tapote la touche F8 (une pression par seconde).
• A la place du chargement normal de Windows, un menu avec différentes options devrait apparaître.
• Choisis la première option, pour exécuter Windows en mode sans échec, puis appuie sur "Entrée".
• Choisis ton compte.
Déroule la liste des instructions ci-dessous :
• Ouvre le dossier SDFix qui vient d'être créé dans le répertoire C:\ et double clique sur RunThis.bat pour lancer le script.
• Appuie sur Y pour commencer le processus de nettoyage.
• Il va supprimer les services et les entrées du Registre de certains trojans trouvés puis te demandera d'appuyer sur une touche pour redémarrer.
• Appuie sur une touche pour redémarrer le PC.
• Ton système sera plus long pour redémarrer qu'à l'accoutumée car l'outil va continuer à s'exécuter et supprimer des fichiers.
• Après le chargement du Bureau, l'outil terminera son travail et affichera Finished.
• Appuie sur une touche pour finir l'exécution du script et charger les icônes de ton Bureau.
• Les icônes du Bureau affichées, le rapport SDFix s'ouvrira à l'écran et s'enregistrera aussi dans le dossier SDFix sous le nom Report.txt.
• Enfin, copie/colle le contenu du fichier Report.txt dans ta prochaine réponse sur le forum.

J'ai telechargé SDFix, mais quand je double clique, ça ne fait rien...

J'ai essayé de demarrer en mode sans echec, mais ça n'aboutit pas, l'ordi redémarre... Quand j'essaye une restauration systeme, ça ne cahnge rien... :s

Est-ce qu'il y a une autre solution que de l'amener chez un réparateur?

tu doit être sur ton compte administrateur pour cela , et pas utilisateur !
il faut passer par le mode sans échec pour cela !

maintenant si tu va chez un réparateur , il formatera ton pc ,
ce que tu peut faire toi même !

Télécharge combofix.exe (par sUBs) sur ton Bureau.

-> http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe

-> Double clique combofix.exe.
-> Tape sur la touche 1 (Yes) pour démarrer le scan.
-> Lorsque le scan sera complété, un rapport apparaîtra. Copie/colle ce rapport dans ta prochaine réponse.

NOTE : Le rapport se trouve également ici : C:\Combofix.txt

Avant d'utiliser ComboFix :

-> Déconnecte toi d'internet et referme les fenêtres de tous les programmes en cours.

-> Désactive provisoirement et seulement le temps de l'utilisation de ComboFix, la protection en temps réel de ton Antivirus et de tes Antispywares, qui peuvent géner fortement la procédure de recherche et de nettoyage de l'outil.

Une fois fait, sur ton bureau double-clic sur Combofix.exe.

- Répond oui au message d'avertissement, pour que le programme commence à procéder à l'analyse du pc.

/!\ Pendant la durée de cette étape, ne te sert pas du pc et n'ouvre aucun programmes.

- En fin de scan il est possible que ComboFix ait besoin de redemarrer le pc pour finaliser la désinfection\recherche, laisses-le faire.

- Un rapport s'ouvrira ensuite dans le bloc notes, ce fichier rapport Combofix.txt, est automatiquement sauvegardé et rangé à C:\Combofix.txt)

-> Réactive la protection en temps réel de ton Antivirus et de tes Antispywares, avant de te reconnecter à internet.

-> Reviens sur le forum, et copie et colle la totalité du contenu de C:\Combofix.txt dans ton prochain message.

Voilà, désolé pour la réponse tardive, j'étais pas là hier...

Une précision: J'avais téléchargé les malwarebytes et autres programmes sur un autre ordi, et passé par une clé usb sur le mien, mais apparament c'est ma clé qui déconne car combofix non plus ne marchait pas... là je l'ai téléchargé direct sur mon ordi et ça marche, donc les autres programmes marcheront surement...

En tout cas merci pour votre aide je pensais que je m'en sortirait jamais :)

(Démarrer\Tous les programmes\Accessoires\Bloc notes.)
Sauvegarde ce fichier sous le nom de CFScript.txt.

Glisse maintenant le fichier CFScript.txt dans Combofix.exe comme ci-dessous :

Cela va relancer Combofix,

Une fenêtre bleue va apparaître: au message qui apparaît ( Type 1 to continue, or 2 to abort) , tape 1 puis valide.

Patiente le temps du scan.Le bureau va disparaître à plusieurs reprises: c'est normal!

Ne touche à rien tant que le scan n'est pas terminé.

Après redémarrage, poste le contenu du rapport Combofix.txt.

S'il n'y a pas de redémarrage, poste quand même le rapport.

En fait c'est en regardant des vidéos de foot sur youtube, comme ils n'ont pas les droits de diffusion, il est impossible de poster des vidéos dde foot français... Mais les gens mettent liens pour leurs blogs etc pour qu'on aille y regarder les buts... Mais celui la était un piege... ça m'ouvre des fenetres de pubs toutes les 10 secondes, c'est tres lent... bref j'aurai aimé pas l'attraper :)

Télécharges OTMoveIt3 (de Old_Timer) sur ton Bureau.

En mode sans échec ( si tu ne peux demarrer en mode sans echec et bien fais le en mode normal )

Double cliques sur "OTMoveIt3.exe" pour ouvrir le prg .

et colles le dans le cadre de gauche de OTMoveIt3 :
Paste Instructions for items to be moved.
(ne touche à rien d'autre !)

-> cliques sur MoveIt! pour lancer la suppression.
-> laisses travailler l'outil ...

( Note : ton bureau va disparaitre puis réapparaitre, c'est normal .)

-> une fois finis , un petite fenêtre s'ouvre : cliques sur " Yes " .

Ton PC va redémarrer de lui même ...

-->Postes le contenu du rapport qui se trouve dans le dossier "C:\_OTMoveIt\MovedFiles"
( " xxxx2008_xxxxxx.log " où les "x" correspondent au jour et à l'heure de l'utilisation ).

J'ai pas pu le faire en mode sans echec, ça a marché jusqu'a un certain point, puis j'ai eu une fenetre "invalid floating point operation", et là mon ecran est figé sur mon fond d'ecran, sans le bureau... Je redémarre manuellement?
