Jacques Chirac's Voice on a GPS =D

Hello,

my father got a nice GPS for Christmas x)
It's a Tomtom One, I can't remember the version. Anyway.
We were advised to add some funny voices so that the trips wouldn't be monotonous with the default voices.
Since my father isn't very knowledgeable about computers, I was able to download a few voices for him, like Darth Vader's or a baby's voice. But he would like to have Nicolas Sarkozy's or Jacques Chirac's voice.
But no matter how hard I search on websites, I can’t find them! Yet I know someone who has Jacques Chirac’s voice on his GPS.

So I'm calling on you to provide me with some links that would allow me to get Sarkozy’s or Chirac’s voice. =D
