Popup avec IE et firefox

Bonjour,
Après un problème détecté et à priori nettoyé, j'ai des tentatives d'ouverture de fenêtres sous internet explorer et firefox. Historique rapide : installation d'émoticones et malheureusement d'un programme commercial qui ouvraient des pop up publicitaires. Nettoyage avec malvewarebytes, détection des fichiers infestés et suppression. Maintenant, à priori c'est clean, mais des tentatives d'ouverture de fenêtres se font, avec blocage ensuite du navigateur, que ce soit IE ou firefox.
J'ai vista, zone alarm, avast, spybot, tout à jour.
Je ne sais pas corriger ce problème et revenir à une navigation normale.

Télécharge Random's System Information Tool (RSIT) par random/random et sauvegarde-le sur ton Bureau.
http://images.malwareremoval.com/random/RSIT.exe
* Double-clique sur RSIT.exe afin de lancer RSIT.
* Clique sur Continue à l'écran Disclaimer.
* Si l'outil HijackThis (version à jour) n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera et tu devras accepter la licence.
* Lorsque l'analyse sera terminée, deux fichiers texte s'ouvriront.

--> Poste le contenu de log.txt (<<qui sera affiché) ainsi que de info.txt (<<qui sera réduit dans la Barre des Tâches).

ensuite :

Désactive le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs (tu le réactiveras après ta désinfection):

- Vas dans "Démarrer" puis Panneau de configuration.
- Double Clique sur l'icône Comptes d'utilisateurs et sur Activer ou désactiver le contrôle des comptes d'utilisateurs.
- Clique sur Continuer.
- Décoche la case Utiliser le contrôle des comptes d'utilisateurs pour vous aider à protéger votre ordinateur.
- Valide par OK et redémarre.

Télécharge maintenant Navilog1 depuis-ce lien :

http://perso.orange.fr/il.mafioso/Navifix/Navilog1.exe

Enregistrer la cible (du lien) sous... et enregistre-le sur ton bureau.
Ensuite double clique sur navilog1.exe pour lancer l'installation.
Une fois l'installation terminée, Fais un Clic-droit sur le raccourci Navilog1 présent sur ton bureau et choisis :

"Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur".

Au menu principal, Fais le choix 1
Laisse toi guider et patiente.
Patiente jusqu'au message :
*** Analyse Termine le ..... ***
Appuie sur une touche le blocnote va s'ouvrir.
Copie-colle l'intégralité du rapport dans une réponse.
Referme le blocnote
Le rapport fixnavi.txt est en outre sauvegardé a la racine du disque

ceci aurait du etre detecté par navilog

* Installe le ( choisis bien "francais" ; ne modifie pas les paramètres d'installe ) et mets le à jour .

(NB : S'il te manque "COMCTL32.OCX" lors de l'installe, alors télécharge le ici : https://www.malekal.com/tutorial-aboutbuster/ )

* Potasse le tuto pour te familiariser avec le prg :

( cela dis, il est très simple d'utilisation ).

! Déconnecte toi et ferme toutes applications en cours !

* Lance Malwarebyte's .

Fais un examen dit "Rapide" .

--> Laisse le programme travailler ( et ne rien faire d'autre avec le PC durant le scan ).
--> à la fin tu cliques sur "résultat" .
--> Vérifie que tous les objets infectés soient validés, puis clique sur " suppression " .

Note : si il faut redémarrer ton PC pour finir le nettoyage, fais le !

Poste le rapport sauvegardé après la suppression des objets infectés (dans l'onglet "rapport/log"de Malwarebytes, le dernier en date),
accompagné d'un nouveau rapport hijackthis pour analyse
