I went to the PC Entreaide World site, so you can check the forum at Windows for my problem with MSN or Windows Live Messenger.
-
Actually, what I wanted to know are the manipulations you were made to perform to solve the problem. That would have been useful here too in case of a similar issue to yours.
a+ -
in fact it’s world informatique
If there is no infection, you can still remove
the line loaded for automatic startup of this WLM.
Download: HijackThis - & - Tutorial.
• Create a directory \HijackThis\.. and put HijackThis.exe there
• Create a shortcut "by right-clicking on HijackThis.exe" on your desktop.
Quotation:
Vista - Run HijackThis by right-clicking and
• "Run this program as administrator"
• Run HijackThis,
• Press [Do a system scan and save a logfile].
• Notepad will open with a report,
› Show the HijackThis report on your next post.
puis apres que je l'ai envoyé
re,
IMPORTANT- Before any deletions of lines with HijackThis.
You must absolutely create a custom directory for HijackThis.exe.
• Eg C:\Program Files\HijackThis\HijackThis.exe
• Then by right-click on HijackThis.exe select Create a shortcut.
• Place this shortcut on your desktop.
Optimization of resources.
Lines 04 in HijackThis correspond to programs/sub-programs that
are launched automatically at PC startup.
All these items started automatically at startup have the effect of consuming
system resources, since they run constantly even when unused.
It would then be preferable to create shortcuts for them on the desktop,
which can be launched as needed (Adobe Photo Downloader, IncrediMail, Windows Messenger…).
Deleting lines 04- does not delete any files.
In fact these lines correspond to registry entries,
corresponding to the automatic launch of programs.
Relancer HijackThis,
• Press [Do a system scan only],
• Check all the following lines and
>>> Close browsers, software.. <<<
• Press [Fix Checked] to remove them.
(Ain't no infection just resource optimization!)

Okay!
Indeed, when it comes to disinfectant software I wouldn’t have been able to help you. I don’t know how to run analyses.
However, (if it isn’t done yet) you need to use Toolscleaner to erase all traces of the tools you downloaded (including HijackThis). In case of incorrect handling of HijackThis, you could cause serious errors on your PC.
download it here: http://www.commentcamarche.net/telecharger/telecharger 34055291 toolscleaner
# Once downloaded, install it and run it.
# Click Scan and let the scan finish.
# Click Cleanup to finalize.
# You can, if you wish, use the following options:
* System Restore Point.
* Recycle Bin.
* Temporary file cleanup.
* Registry backup.
# Click Quit so that the report can be created.
# The report (TCleaner.txt) is found at the root of your hard drive (C:\)
see you later -
-
You’re welcome!
now manually remove everything that remains of "toolscleaner".
good continuation......a+ bye-bye
