j'ai un problème de son sur mon pc, je crois avoir tout essayé mais sans résultat!!
l'icône du son a une croix rouge : "le service audio n'est pas en cours d'exécution"
POUVEZ-VOUS M'AIDER!!!

      pour information quand je veux utiliser windows media player j'ai un message qui dit:
      Le Lecteur Windows Media ne peut pas lire le fichier parce que le périphérique audio pose problème. Peut-être que votre ordinateur ne comporte pas de périphérique audio, que ce dernier est utilisé par un autre programme ou qu'il ne fonctionne pas correctement.

    Redémarre ton PC et regarde dans le Gestionnaire de périphériques si tu as un point " ! " ou " ? " jaune ?

      attend en fait j'ai pas décompressé, d'ailleurs je sais même pas comment on fait!! j'ai juste ouvert le fichier setup.exe et ensuite il a installé le pilote et mon ordi a redémarré

    Regarde dans le panneau de configuration >>> son et multimedia >>> onglet " volume " n´est pas en Muet et sur " paramètres avancés si les hauts-parleurs sont bien sélectionnés puis dans l´onglet " Audio" si le son et bien sélectionné

      j'ai été mille fois dans panneau de configuration quand je vais sur "son" j'ai un message qui dit que le service audio windows n'est pas activé et quand je veux l'activer, dans le programme service, il faut que le service planification des classes multimédia soit activé mais qd celui-ci est activé je n'es plus accès à internet et en plus je n'est pas le son il y a que la croix rouge qui disparais ça marche pour de faux quoi!!
      j'ai oublié de dire que quand je vais dans le panneau de configuration>>son je n'ai aucun onglet!!

      pour la restauration du système j'ai essayé mais malheureusement je n'est aucun point de restauration, je peux rien faire quoi!!
      ce qui concerne le BIOS je ne sais même pas de quoi il s'agit, est-ce que c'est service.msc?

      en fait, merci mille fois pour tes réponses c'est cool (et surtout pour ta patience parce que t'as vraiment affaire à une débutante)

    je sais maintenant comment on rentre dans le BIOS, d'après ce que j'ai compris je dois appuyer sur F2 au démarrage de l'ordi mais le problème c'est que j'ai peur de faire une fausse manip et surtout est-ce que c'est facile d'en sortir?
