Bonjour, Suite à un virus ou un cheval de troie, j'ai rencontré pas mal de problèmes. Norton ne m'avait rien trouvé, j'ai donc ensuite opté pour Avast qui m'a trouvé 1115 chevaux de troie, et d'autres virus qui ont pas mal infecté mon système. J'ai tenté de supprimer pas mal de fichiers et d'en placer un bon nombre en quarantaine, mais je me retrouve encore avec pas mal de pbs : - A l'ouverture de Windows, mon dossier "mes documents " s'ouvre automatiquement en deux exemplaires sans que je l'ai demandé. - Impossible d'ouvrir mon disque dur C:. Quand j'essaie, on me demande avec quel programme je veux l'ouvrir, ce qui ne m'était jamais arrivé auparavant. - Enfin, quand j'essaie de restaurer le système à une date ultérieure, il lance la restauration, mais une fois rallumé, on me dit que rien n'a été restauré. J'aimerais restaurer le système à une date ultérieure, ça m'a déjà aidé dans le passé. Comment puis-je arranger cela? Pouvez-vous m'aider svp? Merci d'avance Coklin

Juste une question avant d'effectuer la manip. Si je branche les ports externes, je ne risque pas d'endommager ou de supprimer les données s'y trouvant? J'ai des trucs très importants sur mon dd externe.

Juste pour te donner une idée des pbs qui persistent (je pense que tu dois le savoir, mais si ça peut t'aider):

- le dossier "mes documents apparait tjrs au démarrage

- J'ai galéré pour me déconnecter d'Internet. Lorsque j'ai essayé de me déconnecter en faisant clic droit sur l'ordi en wifi dans la barre des tâches et désactivation, un message d'erreur est apparu. J'ai essayé de réparer, mais ils m'ont dit que je devais vérifié que la carte mère était bien installée.

Bizarre non?

1-Télécharge OTMoveIt3 (de Old_Timer) sur ton Bureau.

! Déconnecte toi et ferme toutes tes applications en cours !

Double clique sur "OTMoveIt3.exe" pour ouvrir le prg .
Puis copie ce qui se trouve en citation ci-dessous,

( Note : ton bureau va disparaitre puis réapparaitre, c'est normal .)

-> une fois finis , un petite fenêtre s'ouvre : clique sur " Yes " .

Ton PC va redémarrer de lui même ...

-->Poste le contenu du rapport qui se trouve dans le dossier "C:\_OTMoveIt\MovedFiles"
( " xxxx2008_xxxxxx.log " où les "x" correspondent au jour et à l'heure de l'utilisation ).

2- refais un coup de CCleaner ( registre compris ) .

3- Télécharge MalwareByte's :

ou ici : http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php

* Installe le ( choisis bien "francais" ; ne modifie pas les paramètres d'installe ) et mets le à jour .

(NB : S'il te manque "COMCTL32.OCX" lors de l'installe, alors télécharge le ici : https://www.malekal.com/tutorial-aboutbuster/ )

* Potasse le tuto pour te familiariser avec le prg :

( cela dis, il est très simple d'utilisation ).

! Déconnecte toi et ferme toutes applications en cours !

* Lance Malwarebyte's .

Fais un examen dit "Rapide" .

--> Laisse le programme travailler ( et ne rien faire d'autre avec le PC durant le scan ).
--> à la fin tu cliques sur "résultat" .
--> Vérifie que tous les objets infectés soient validés, puis clique sur " suppression " .

Note : si il faut redémarrer ton PC pour finir le nettoyage, fais le !

Poste le rapport sauvegardé après la suppression des objets infectés (dans l'onglet "rapport/log"de Malwarebytes, le dernier en date) pour analyse ...

4- refais un scan RSIT , poste le nouveau " log.txt" obtenu et attends la suite ....

nickel ... on avance bien ... ^^

mais une nouvelle infection vient de se dévoiler ...

1- Supprime tout ce qui se trouve dans la quarantaine de Malwarebytes .

2- Télécharge Navilog1 sur ton bureau :

http://perso.orange.fr/il.mafioso/Navifix/Navilog1.exe

!! Déconnecte toi,désactive tes défenses( anti-virus,anti-spyware ) et ferme bien toutes tes applications le temps de la manipe !!

Ensuite double clique sur navilog1.exe pour lancer l'installation.
Une fois l'installation terminée, le fix s'exécutera automatiquement.
(Si ce n'est pas le cas, double-clique sur le raccourci Navilog1 présent sur le bureau).

Laisse-toi guider. Au menu principal, choisis 1 et valide .
(ne fais pas le choix 2,3 ou 4 sans notre avis/accord)

Patiente jusqu'au message :
*** Analyse Termine le ..... ***

Appuie sur une touche comme demandé, le bloc-note va s'ouvrir.
Copie-colle l'intégralité de son contenu dans ta prochaine réponse et attends la suite .

(Le rapport est en outre sauvegardé à la racine du disque "C\:fixnavi.txt" )

Je te donne la suite dans l'ordre :

1- Va dans panneau de config/ajout et suppression de prg .
Regarde dans la liste si tu trouves un prg comme : " Favorit "--->si il s'y trouve , supprime le .

2- Télécharge GenProc (de Jean-Chretien1 et Narco4) sur ton bureau (et pas ailleur !) :

!!Déconnecte toi et ferme tes applications en cours !!

Dézippe (=extraire tout) le contenu de ce que tu viens de télécharger sur ton bureau .

Ouvre le dossier Genproc :
double-clique sur GenProc.bat et laisse faire ...

Une fois terminé, poste le contenu du rapport qui s'ouvre ...

IMPORTANT : poste le rapport et ne fais rien d'autre pour l'instant ( souvant il faut ajouter des consignes à la manipe indiquée pour que cela fonctionne parfaitement ) .

3- Relance UsbFix pour une vaccination :

Impératif :
Branche toutes tes unités externes à ton PC (clé USB, DD externe, flash disk, lecteur MP3, etc...) succeptibles d'avoir été infectés, ainsi que les CD et DVD rom dont tu te sers éventuellement le plus souvent ( mais sans les ouvrir ! ) .

--> Double-clique sur le raccourci "UsbFix" qui est sur ton bureau pour lancer l'outil :

* Tape cette fois sur 2 ( option " Vacciner " ) puis sur [entrée] et suis les instructions ...

Poste moi le rapport obtenu ...

J'ai un petit souci avec GenProc : j'ai malencontreusement fermé le rapport lorsqu'il s'est affiché, pensant que ce n'était pas ça étant donné qu'il donnait des manips à effectuer. Mais il me semble qu'en réalité c'était ce dont tu avais besoin. Connais tu le lien sur l'ordi pour le retrouver?

Je n'ai pas relancé d'analyse car dans le tuto ils le déconseillaient.

Au temps pour moi, je ne savais pas que c'était un lien internet: j'ai donc retrouvé le rapport.

Le voici

GenProc n'a détecté aucune infection caractéristique et suggère de suivre la procédure suivante :

Poste un rapport Nod32 (il faut utiliser Internet Explorer)
- coche toutes les cases à chaque fois, et lorsque c'est terminé, colle le rapport :
- C:\Program Files\EsetOnlineScanner\log.txt

D'autre part, le prgm Favorit était présent dans la liste des logiciels, je l'ai supprimé.

La suite arrive.

Dis moi comment va le PC maintenant .... encore des soucis ?

Puis fais ceci dans l'ordre :

1-Télécharge ToolsCleaner (de A.Rothstein) sur ton Bureau.
http://pc-system.fr/

Déconnecte toi et ferme bien toutes tes applications en cours .

Lances le .
*Clique sur Recherche et laisse le scan se terminer (cela peut être long).
*Clique sur Suppression pour finaliser.
*Clique sur "quitter" pour générer un rapport ( et pas sur la croix rouge !) :
--> Poste ce rapport : il se trouve à la racine de ton disque dur -> C:\TCleaner.txt .

Note : Ce petit soft va te nettoyer tout les trucs dont on c'est servi pour la désinfection .
Supprime tout les outils , dossiers ou rapports consernant la désinfection que Toolscleaner2 n'a pas supprimé .

( garde CCleaner et Malwarebytes : très utiles ! )

2- Refais un coup de CCleaner ( registre compris ) .

3- Retélécharge et réinstalle hijackthis ( car supprimé par Toolscleaner2 ) ,

Télécharge et installe le logiciel HijackThis :

-> Clique sur le setup pour lancer l'installe : laisse toi guider et ne modifie pas les paramètres d'installation .
A la fin de l'installe , le prg ce lance automatiquement : ferme le en cliquant sur la croix rouge .
Au final, tu dois avoir un raccourci sur ton bureau et aussi un cheminement comme :
"C:\ program files\Trend Micro\HijackThis\HijackThis.exe " .

( ne fais pas de scan pour le moment )

4- Important :
Purge de la restauration système
*Désactive ta restauration :
Clique droit sur poste de travail/propriétés/Restauration système/coche la case désactiver la restauration, appliquer, OK
---> Redémarre ton PC ...

*Réactive ta restauration :
Clique droit sur poste de travail/propriétés/Restauration système/décoche la case désactiver la restauration, appliquer, OK
--->Redémarre ton PC ...

( Note : tu peux aussi y accéder via panneau de configuration->" système "->" restauration système " ).

5- Fais ce scan en ligne pour vérifier :

( ne rien faire d'autre avec le PC durant le scan ! )

Fais un scan en ligne avec Kaspersky : https://www.kaspersky.fr/?domain=webscanner.kaspersky.fr
- Sous Démonstration en ligne, on t'explique la marche à suivre, et pour lancer le scan il faut sélectionner < Exécuter l'analyse en ligne >.
Le scan ne marche que sous Internet Explorer(et pas sous firefox ou autre...).
- On va te demander de télécharger un contôle active x, accepte .
- Dans le menu Choisissez la cible de l'analyse, sélectionne Poste de travail. Le scan va commencer.
- Sauvegarde le rapport qui sera généré, puis copie/colle le dans ta prochaine réponse pour analyse et attends la suite ...

Note :
*Si tu reçois le message "La licence de Kaspersky On-line Scanner est périmée", va dans Ajout/Suppression de programmes puis désinstalle On-Line Scanner, reconnecte-toi sur le site de Kaspersky pour retenter le scan en ligne.
