PC beaucoup trop lent

Bonjour à tous,

Voici mon souci: Mon pc portable MSI avec vista est trop lent au démarrage ainsi que pour s'arreter depuis quelques jours.
Lorsque je fais demarrer_ arreter,il reste plus d'une minute sur arret en cours avec le rond qui tourne, puis ce rond s'arrete,l'écran devient noir pendant plus de 2 minutes avant de s'etteindre et parfois c'est bien plus long encore.
Il est plus lent qu'avant et cela ne me semble pas normal.
Après quelques recherches sur le Web et des scans avec Spybot, Malwarebytes plus antivirus sans rien trouver mais rien ne semble avoir changé.
Je poste donc un log Hijackthis pour qu'on m'aide au diagnostic (infection ou peut etre problème matériel).

1)pour vista si infection.

Désactive le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs (tu le réactiveras après ta désinfection: IMPORTANT A NE SURTOUT PAS OUBLIER):

- Va dans démarrer puis panneau de configuration
- Double Clique sur l'icône "Comptes d'utilisateurs"
- Clique ensuite sur désactiver et valide.

2)sur un ordi seul antivirus et un seul pare feu d actif.
enleve f secure et garde avira en antivirus on verra a la fin pour un vrai pare feu.

3)on va enlever ton infection avec cela normallement.

* Double-clique sur ToolBar-SD afin de lancer l'installation, un raccourci sera ajouté sur le Bureau.
* Double-clique dessus pour démarrer l'outil; choisis la langue.
* Sous Vista, faire un clic droit et "Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur" (Elévation des privilèges), puis -> Continuer.
* Tape 2 puis sur la touche [Entrée] afin de lancer la suppression.
* Patiente jusqu'à la fin de la recherche.
* À la fin du scan, le rapport s'ouvrira dans le Bloc-notes.
* Poste ce rapport, par copier/coller, dans ta prochaine réponse.
* Le rapport se trouve également sous : C:\TB.txt

2)recolle un rapport hijack, pour voir si c est bien parti.

3)on va regarder avec autre chose au cas ou.

Télécharges FindyKill de Chiquitine29

Fais un clique droit sur le lien et choisis "enregistrer la cible sous ...." , destination le bureau .

Note importante : si tu as le prg Elibagla sur ton PC , supprimes le ( risque de conflit entre les deux outils ) .

--> Entre dans le dossier " FindyKill "

Double clic sur " FindyKill.bat " (et pas sur autre chose!) pour lancer l'outil .

->choisis l'option 1 . Puis laisses travailler ...

Une fois terminé, postes le rapport FindyKill.txt qui est généré ...

( Note : le rapport est sauvegardé à la racine du disque -> C:\FindyKill.txt )

findykill c est normal les alertes antivir car il ressemble a un fichier infectieux, mais findykill est la pour essayer de voir si tu as present sur ton pc l infection bagle , donc il fasut mieux le telecharger et accepte cette fois ci. et apres le temps du scan deconnecte toi d internet et arrete antivir, tu vas obtenir un rapport que tu colles apres suivant celui ci on passera a la destruction de ce qu il t a trouve.

desole la on tourne dans le vide , je n y arrive vraiment pas.

refais un scan avec malwarebyte, fait la mise a jour et apres lance le scan complet lorsque ton ordi est en mode sans echec.

maintenant que tu as telecharge antivir donc il faut desinstaller l ancien antivirus car un seul sur un ordi.

J'ai désinstallé l'anti virus firwall et fais un scan complet avec malwarebytes en mode sans echec ==> pas de fichier infécté . J'en viens à penser qu'il faut que je formate en vue de réinstaller Windwos, est-ce la meilleure solution? et dans ce cas, est-ce que au moins l'infection s'en va?

J'ai réussi à installer Findykill il m'a fait un raccourci sur le bureau.
Tu me demandais de faire double clic sur Findykill.bat mais je sais pas ou le trouver ni comment y aller.
Si maintenant avec tu peux mieux m'aider! on peut toujours espérer!!!

Double clic sur " FindyKill.bat " (et pas sur autre chose!) pour lancer l'outil .

Excuse-moi totobetourne, tu vas finir par me maudire, mais là je cale vraiment.
Si je double clic sur le raccourci, j'ai tout de suite la fenêtre noire qui s'ouvre pour choisir la langue
je ne trouve pas du tout FindyKill.bat.
si tu peux me donner plus de détails se serai sympa car vraiment je suis nul, je ne sais pas rentrer dans le dossier.
Si tu n'est pas dispo maintenant c'est pas grave on verra un peu plus tard.
Je te souhaite en tout cas de bonnes fêtes de fin d'année.

je comprend tres mal , dans ton message 12 .tu as fait suppression mais il ne t a pas tout enlever , et la dans ton dernier message il n a fait que de rechercher.

cela est toujours sur ton pc.

C'est bizarre J'ai supprimé opera il y a un moment et nero je l'ai supprimé aussi.
J'ai cherché voir si je trouvais ça quelque part mais je ne vois rien, peut etre que je ne fais pas ce qu'il faut pour le trouver?
pour le scan je l'ai fait avec option 2.

Quand je fais poste de travail je double clic sur disque C puis programmes et là je trouve un dossier AskBarDis est ce normal? par contre il n'y a ni opera ni nero.

Je n'y trouve pas non plus Hijackthis mais j'ai bien un raccourci Hijackthis sur le bureau avec le chemin (C:\program files\trend micro\hijackthis).

bonjour toto,
Je comprend ta surprise devant ce rapport que tu n'as pas demandé.
pourtant je te promets que c'est bien l'option 2 que j'ai faite.
Je viens de faire un essai avec option 1 puis option 2 et les rapports sont vraiment identiques et la j'en suis sure j'ai fait tres attention.

Est ce que le programme serait mal installé?
de plus hier J'ai cherché voir si je trouvais quelque chose qui cloche et j'ai supprimé le dossier AskBardis dans c:\program par clic droit et pourtant aujourd hui il apparait encore sur le rapport.
j'essaie de t'expliquer au mieux pour qu'en retour tu puisses mieux m'aider mais je vois pas.
Si t'as une idée ce serai bien.
J'ai garder les 2 rapports que je viens de faire mais ils sont identiques au dernier que je t'ai envoyer.

a ce moment on va l enlever avec cela, je l ai deja vu faire mais dans ton cas? peut etre que bagle a rendu toolbar sd non fonctionnel, on verra cela apres.

passe cet antimalware, fait comme indique
Telecharges malwaresbytes antimalwares(MBAM) : egalement tres util sur pb de pub mais pas tous malheureusement

fais comme indique,mise a jour , scan complet en mode sans echec et les rapports.
COLLE LE RAPPORT APRES SUPPRESSION MERCI.

garde le et lance un scan tout les mois comme indique.

si tu as ad aware tu peux desinstalle car il ne reconnait plus grand chose.

1)passe cela

• Télécharger CCLeaner et l'installer sur le bureau en refusant l'installation de la barre Yahoo.
http://www.commentcamarche.net/telecharger/telecharger 168 ccleaner

• Fermer toutes les applications
• Lancer CCLeaner
S'il n'est pas en Français cliquer sur Options, Setting, Language
et sélectionner Français
• cocher dans le menu Nettoyeur - onglet Windows :
Internet Explorer: Fichiers Internet Temporaires, Cookies
• Système: Vider la Poubelle, Fichiers Temporaires, Presse-papiers
• Avancé: Vieilles données du Prefetch
• Décocher dans le menu Options - sous-menu Avancé :
Effacer uniquement les fichiers, du dossier temp de Windows, plus vieux que 48 heures
• Cocher dans le menu Nettoyeur - onglet Applications : Internet: Sun Java
• Cocher , si cela est possible, dans le menu Nettoyeur - onglet Applications :
Firefox/Mozilla: Cache Internet, Cookies
• Click sur Analyse
• Click sur le bouton Lancer le nettoyage dans le menu Nettoyeur.
• Click sur Registre
• Sélectionner tout
• Click sur Chercher des erreurs (En bas)

Une fois le scan terminé sélectionner tout
• Click sur Réparer les erreurs sélectionnées

2)enleve toolbar sd .reinstalle le a nouveau comme indique et lance une suppression et colle le rapport.

Bonjour toto,

J'ai fait ccleaner comme tu as marqué ça m'a nettoyé pas mal de trucs
J'ai aussi supprimé puis retelechargé la toolbar ds comme indiqué, cette fois l'option 2 a marché.

Précision: 1) le scan est réalisé sans désactiver le compte utilisateurs.
2) lorsque je double clic sur toolbar sd, j'ai directement la fenêtre de choix des langues et pas d'ajout raccourci sur le bureau comme indiqué.==> c'est peut etre pas normal.

Cette ligne est sur le rapport mais quand je la cherche je suis incapable de tomber dessus.

bon pas compris ce qu il s est passe mais bon on a un resultat a priori.

1)Relance hijack et clique sur "Do a system scan only"
Ensuite recherche ces lignes et coches les cases

R3 - Default URLSearchHook is missing

Salut toto,
J'ai fait le scan hijack et coché les cases comme indiqué.
Quand je clic sur fix checked j'ai une fenêtre en anglais. je te la marque car moi je suis faché avec.

j'ai fait ensuite le scan Malwarebytes en mode sans echec dont voici le rapport, apparemment rien.

cela a l air pas mal,

1)il te faut un pare feu.

pare-feu gratuits:regle un seul pare feu sur un ordi.telecharge un des suivants ensuite deconnecte toi.
puis desactive le pare feu windows(aller dans le centre de securite puis pare feu windows et la desactive le)
puis installe celui de ton choix.

je te conseille un des 2(en anglais mais simple avec le tuto qui est donne)

2)tu n as plus d antivirus ?il n y a rien dans ton rapport.tu as coche des cases sur le hijack ou quoi??antivir apparait mais partout ou il doit apparaitre.

Je vais installer un pare feu, je te tiens au courant.
Pour l'anti virus dans linterface la fenêtre Antivir Guard est marquée activé.

recherche sur ccm puis telecharger puis securite puis pare feu et........

pour antivir desinstalle le et reinstalle le.

Je viens d'installer COMODO Pro et aussi réinstallé Antivir.
J'attends tes ordres:

j'ai aussi désinstallé Ask toolbar qui se trouvait dans le panneau de configuration, il me semble que je l'avais déjà enlevé
je sais pas pourquoi elle se retrouvais là.
