    Hello,

To check your computer for possible infections and get a general status of the system:

Follow the FRST tutorial by clicking on this blue link. (take the time to read carefully - everything is well explained).

Download and run the FRST scan,
Wait for the scan to finish; a message will indicate that the analysis is complete.

Three FRST reports will be generated:
    • FRST.txt
    • Shortcut.
    • Additional.txt

Send these 3 reports to the site https://pjjoint.malekal.com/ and in return provide the 3 pjjoint links that lead to the reports here in a new response so we can review them.

(The blue links lead to step-by-step explanatory tutorials, click on them for more precise instructions to follow).

    No Chromium.
    No malware either.

    To clean up:

    1) Go to the Control Panel
    then Programs and Features.
    Uninstall:
    Avast! (Windows Defender is lighter)
    Java
PDF Architect (there are lighter PDF readers)
    UsbFix Anti-Malware Premium
    WinZip

    2) Disable/Delete from startup:
    [KiesTrayAgent]
    [Discord]
    [Steam]
    [EpicGamesLauncher]
    [GameCenter]
    [Skype for Desktop]
    [EADM]

See: how to remove a program from Windows startup

    and finally:

    Install Speccy.
It provides CPU (processor) and GPU (graphics card) temperatures when you launch a movie and monitors the maximum temperatures during use of the computer.
Also check the hard drive (storage part) and the SMART data reported by Speccy, especially if the status of all drives is "good".
    See Speccy Tutorial for help
