High School PC Reset

So here is my problem: I have a computer (given by the school) running Windows 10 Professional Education, and I would like to install a "normal" version of Windows 10, or if you have any recommendations for an optimized version. The real issue is that I can't reset the PC using the basic command (Settings, Update & Security, Recovery, Reset). Thank you in advance for your responses.
Best regards

Hi,
As I have already said several times, the PC provided to you by your department is meant for your studies and nothing else.
The machines are locked down by us as administrators to prevent any misuse.

I completely understand, but first, that doesn't answer my question. Secondly, I would like to perform this manipulation to fully take advantage of the computer's potential, whether for studies or otherwise, while avoiding cluttering it with a very heavy operating system and the most useless programs one after the other. Next time, please address me formally. Best regards.

The next time, please use the formal "vous" with me.
Apparently, you don't know the system of computer help forums.
You must not be part of the same world. -

Moderator@BetterTh4nNothingThe provided PCs have strict usage rules and restrictions.
Often, the regulations state that the supplied OS must be kept in place and, similarly, blocks are put in place to prevent access to the BIOS or other settings, in order to prevent modifications to the system.
Therefore, any "ancillary" maneuvers are limited and at worst will only crash the machine.
Furthermore, the school can demand the full cost of the machine if the rules are not followed, and this has already happened more than once here.
Finally, the version of Windows you have is not "less optimized" or anything like that...
It is a standard version of Windows, with simply an education license key (obtained at a discount, etc. by the school), nothing more.
In principle, you do not have full administrator access on the machine and no access to the BIOS, both of which are protected by a password that only the school representative possesses and will not share, for fear of being shown the door...
In short, this is a SCHOOL PC, not personal. There are rules for obtaining, using, and assigning it, and they must be respected. CCM is not intended to operate illegally. -
