Mon windows ne s'allume plus

Il y a quelques jours,j'ai voulu allumer mon pc mais il me met l'erreur "Windows failed to start.A récent hardware or software change light ne the cause.To fix the problem[...]"J'ai un pc acer aspire m1935.Quand je met les disques gravés auparavant,il me met l'erreur 0x17 quand on arrive au 10 pourcent.Comment faire?
