    a window opens

      Reinstall this --> ADMX
      If you are asked for the directory, choose --> C\Windows

              Proceed with an sfc:
              Open Start
              All Programs
              Accessories
              Right-click on Command Prompt
              Choose Run as administrator and confirm
              Type sfc /scannow and press Enter.

              A System File Checker scan will start.
