Bonjour, on m'a dit ce matin que j'avais un virus ... car je laissais des messages en étant déconnectée qui parlaient de cliquer sur un lien pour avoir mes photos c'était écrit en anglais --'
Bref', le truc typique.
Mon antivirus (Avast), le détecte pas ... c'est vraiment un virus? Je fais quoi? xD

      à felix vienne, si, ça peut-être un virus et je pense même que s'en est un.

      à lunedesang:
      -Télécharges msnfix de !aur3n7 et Regis59 sur ton bureau

      -désactives la protection de ton antivirus.
      Ferme tout tes programmes
      sous Vista: desactive l’UAC

      Si tu utilise spybot, désactive le tea timer (dans option avancée, décoche la case tea timer)

      -une fois téléchargé, tu le décompresse sur ton bureau en faisant un clique droit sur le fichier compresser puis choisir extraire ici

      -tu rentre dans le dossier msnfix
      tu double clic sur MSNFIX.bat (le .bat ne sera peut-être pas présent)
      Sous Windows Vista : Faites un clic droit et choisissez « exécuter en tant qu’administrateur »

      -une fenêtre avec un fond bleu va s'ouvrir
      appuie sur R puis entrée (c'est pour rechercher l'infection)

      -il va démarrer un scan, à la fin il va te marquer en haut de la fenêtre <souligne>s'il y a une infection<souligne>
      appuie sur une touche différente de q et sur entrée

      -l'ordinateur va peut-être te demander de redémarrer, acceptes
      à la fin, tu auras un bloc note qui va s'ouvrir
      copie et colle le contenue dans ta prochaine réponse

      bonjour,

      s'il y a une infection sur ton pc, on la verra avec ce logiciel :

      Télécharge random's system information tool (RSIT) et enregistre le sur ton bureau.
      http://images.malwareremoval.com/random/RSIT.exe

      Tuto : https://forum.pcastuces.com/randoms_system_information_tool_rsit-f31s31.htm
      Double clique sur RSIT.exe pour lancer l'outil.
      Clique sur ' continue ' à l'écran Disclaimer.
      Si l'outil HIjackThis (version à jour) n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera et tu devras accepter la licence.
      Une fois le scan fini, 2 rapports vont apparaître. Poste le contenu des 2 rapports séparément. Ils se trouvent sur c :
      (log.txt & info.txt)
      (CTRL+A Pour tout sélectionner, CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller)

      P.S : on ne lance pas un logiciel du moment ou on n'est pas sur du type d'infection.

          on t'a donné un +1,
          j'ai l'impression qu'on a apprecié ce que tu as proposé :-)
          mais je le répete : du moment ou tu n'as pas identifié l'infection, s'il y en a une, tu ne dois pas faire un nettoyage avec un logiciel, ça se trouve qu'il se cache ailleur et tu masques tout simplment l'infection.
