Hi, I work at Transcom too. It's a great company with very good human relations. Its key to success is mainly teamwork. As for the interview, it's quite straightforward, actually just a knowledge test in French and that's it.

Well, we haven't had the official information yet, but it's a disaster. Personally, I just committed to an apartment, and since I haven't even been with the company for six months, I won't be entitled to any unemployment benefits. I really don't know how I'm going to manage...

the management is really a total mess, and on top of that, they're still hiring... it's desperate...

Transcom is really a company that does not respect its staff, you should know that they have a turnover of over 70%. -

In France, it's not great. I think it's not the same abroad. Where are all the clients listed on the Transcom website? Not here, that's for sure.

Hi Eric, well in Tulle the center is doing quite well... but when we see how the management is handled, it's not great, we still haven't received the official info... but the press came today...
pff it's such a mess...
and yes, all the centers in France are supposed to be in the same situation because TRANSCOM France is the one benefiting, so I think they must be doing quite well abroad.... -

"apparently we are going to receive an amendment to our contract by the end of the month for the annualization of working hours, working 42 hours a week for 5 consecutive weeks out of 7? AND weeks of 20 hours over 3 OR 4 days, with one week's notice"
As for me, I refuse, I have a nanny for my little one, and given the new allocation of bonuses, I have no financial incentive to sign this amendment. I've been here for too long (7 years) AND I’m tired of waiting for them to value us for what we’re worth.
By refusing, we would be subject to economic dismissal, so I would benefit from unemployment.
If you have any other news, I would appreciate it if you could let me know.
