Hello, I've been working at Transcom since May, and I'm really wondering where we're heading and especially how our jobs will end up...

Yes, so in fact it's nothing official anywhere, they really take us all for fools...
I'm personally disgusted to see the press showing up today, when the employees (the main concerned) aren't even aware... I sent you a message with my address.

In fact, Transcom wants a reduction in working hours from 35 hours to 30 hours, which is a 15% decrease from the minimum wage, and also wants to annualize working time with breaks ranging from 45 minutes to 3 hours. There are 3 meetings scheduled with union representatives, and if the representatives do not agree with these measures, letters will be sent to us on 11/08/09 to specify the new contract, and we will have until 11/09/09 to respond. If the reduction of working hours is refused, it will result in economic dismissal, and if the annualization is refused, it will lead to dismissal for personal reasons, bearing in mind that approximately 200 jobs will be cut in France if, despite these measures, Transcom does not succeed.

At our place, it's official, there are frames on the bulletin board since a potential client came today "carglass". He must have seen them and I don't know if he will stay.

Hello colleagues,

I am in Raon and the situation as well as the condition of employees in Vosges are identical to what you describe.
Good luck dealing with all of this.

Rose.

Hi everyone, luckily some people dare to talk about what's happening, I find this forum pretty nice, if all the colleagues passing through here could share their thoughts it would be great, freedom of expression, without necessarily speaking ill of the company.
I would like to know how the meeting in Paris went today.... it's the big surprise for tomorrow....
With all my heart with you, colleagues...

Hello, I am part of Transcom Tunis;
I can tell you that at our center it's the same struggle; no respect for commitments, PDP frozen, and it's getting worse and worse
out of 600 employees today, only 300 remain, that is, half have been laid off;

It’s shameful, Transcom Tunis has no values and no competent people, so we're heading straight for a disaster.

Hi,
I've been at Tww for over 7 years, it's quite a good company that maintains very good human relations despite its size!

See you!

Well, in my opinion, you can't be a customer service agent or I even doubt that you work there at all.
I've been here for five years and don't say they have any sense of relational or human connection.
I can't let you say that.

Hi, I work at Transcom too. It's a great company with very good human relations. Its key to success is mainly teamwork. As for the interview, it's quite straightforward, actually just a knowledge test in French and that's it.

Hello Ghada, thank you for this information.
Regarding my question, I would like to join the platform in English. I have been informed that I can be part of it, but I don't know anything at all about the recruitment process.
Thank you for informing me if you can, Ghadghouda.
Kisses.

Tulle, I am from the new RTA team...
Did you get the information about the annualization and the working hours at 30 hours too????

viiii and for my part I am against it but we won’t have a choice. either we accept it or it’s the door.

Well, we haven't had the official information yet, but it's a disaster. Personally, I just committed to an apartment, and since I haven't even been with the company for six months, I won't be entitled to any unemployment benefits. I really don't know how I'm going to manage...
And we're all in the same situation,
the management is really a total mess, and on top of that, they're still hiring... it's desperate...
Are you also going to the labor court for the overtime??

patienceetzaza Posted messages 12 Status Membre

I wish you good luck, yes we are also at the tribunal for overtime.
Transcom is really a company that does not respect its staff, you should know that they have a turnover of over 70%.

Sur 100 personnes qui entrent, 70 repartent rapidement, les autres restent car ils n'ont pas le choix.

I want to believe it when I see the pace at which the staff changes...
It's honestly depressing.
