I no longer have access to Microsoft. How can I obtain free access to Excel, etc...

Hello,
Microsoft 365 operates on a subscription and is no longer accessible after a trial period, which is notified at installation. There is no free version of Office besides an online version, requiring registration:

There are at least a dozen substitute products, similar modules, and text and spreadsheet files in Microsoft Office format (to select), including LibreOffice or FreeOffice.

You can use Sheets in the cloud. It’s free and you can access it from your Gmail account.
