Microsoft 365 Word error message Temp environment

Hello everyone,
I need your help, I am currently facing a problem with Microsoft Word, in fact every time I open the program I get an error message that says "Cannot create the work file, check the TEMP environment variable," the particularity of Office is that it is 32-bit in order to work with a program that requires this specific version.
What I have already tried:
- Uninstalling Microsoft 365 with the Scrub program and reinstalling
- Deleting everything in the %temp% folder
- Checking the permissions on the folder.
If anyone has a solution to propose, I'm all ears :)!
