PlayStation Network disabled

Hello, I have a problem when I try to connect to the PlayStation Network. I get a message saying "PlayStation Network disabled. Disable system calls to connect to the PlayStation Network," but I can't find any information on what system calls are or how to disable them. Thank you in advance for your help.

      Hello, I have already tried the solutions described on this page but they had no effect.
