Help PS3 network connection issue 80710104

Hello,

I have a problem with my connection on my PS3. All websites work with the browser via Ethernet cable, but every time I try to connect to my PlayStation Network account or PlayStation Store, it writes DNS error (80710104).

Please help me.

    I have the same problem right now, it says "An error has occurred. You have been disconnected from PlayStation@Network. (80710092)"
    I would like some information, thank you in advance...

    you may be too far from the box or your wifi connection might be poorly configured, type the key in uppercase using the R2 key and press before confirming the key on the pairing button of your box
