      I've found it, thank you!
      It was on the phone's answering machine; to have the messages recorded, it needed to be set to less than 4 rings.

      @gh16410Indeed, operators trigger their voicemail by default after 5 rings (about 25 seconds), so the answering machines should be set to a lower value.
      Otherwise, you need to go change the operator setting in your customer space.
