pixel issue

Question

Hello,
the administration does not want my ID photo because I do not meet the pixel requirements (412x531). As I am an inexperienced computer user, I am struggling with Photoshop. Would it be possible for someone to help me? Thank you in advance.

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 71.0.3578.98

Thank you, but it's still not working. According to them, here's what they're telling me: "The photo must comply with the rule 'the definition must be greater than or equal to 413x531 px for 300 DPI', please select another photo."

Your photo must be 3.5 x 4.5 cm at 300 dpi. You need to crop it to fit this size. The one you uploaded on the website is 15.03 x 18.38 cm at 72 dpi....
