No internet access Android

Hello,

When I connect to Wi-Fi with my Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge, it often disconnects and an exclamation mark appears on the Wi-Fi icon, and in the settings, it says "no internet access." This happens very regularly to me, but sometimes also to other Wi-Fi devices in my home. I'm with Free; I called them, but they say the problem is with us and not with them, even though I think the opposite.

I've already tried resetting my phone, still nothing.

Does anyone have a solution because this is really annoying, thank you in advance.

  1. Hi,
try changing the wifi channel on the box.

    1. I've already changed it and now it's on auto.
    2. @YassluxeWell, change it again, move at least 4 values away.
    3. Already done, I had put the first one at 4 and the second one at 8 but still nothing.

    1. You should have a dual-band Wi-Fi, try giving different names to the 2.4 GHz and the 5 GHz networks, then choose the best one.

      1. I don't know if I mentioned it before, but Freebox changed my box due to a problem, and the 5G doesn't appear on this new box. Since getting this new box, I've been having connection issues, but all the settings were saved between the first and the second, so I don't understand why.
      2. @YassluxeSo, they gave you a crappy box, ask for an exchange.
        Is it a V6?
      3. Yes, it's indeed the v6.
