Removal of recently closed sites

Hello,
How to remove sites appearing in the menu: History > Recently Closed under Yosemite.
Thank you for your help.

Configuration: Macintosh / Safari 10.1

    at the bottom of the History menu, is there no "Clear history"?

      Thank you for your quick response.
      Indeed, at the bottom of the History menu, there is "clear history."
      However, on the fourth line of this menu, there is: "recently closed," and by clicking on this line, the last visited sites still appear even if the history has been cleared.
      That's what I would like to disappear.

      Unfortunately, on my Mac Book Air OSX Yosemite version 10.10.5, even after clearing the history, the "recently closed" line remains bold and when hovering over it, a number of sites appear on the right.
