You just need to install .NET Framework 2.0 or 3.5.

- You need to go to Microsoft and search for: Microsoft Framework .NET 1.1
- Click on the first link, download it, and install it once it's downloaded

I checked, framework 1.1 - framework.net 3.5 SP1 are properly installed, but still can't install Incredimail!!!
