Problem with No$gba

I downloaded the Pokémon White game, but when I try to play it with the No$gba emulator, it shows me "the reading has failed. Please turn off the console, remove the game card, and then reinsert it." I have tried all the frequencies in the options, but nothing works; the message keeps coming back. Can you help me? The game is ".nds," is that okay?
