I do:
To change your secret code, dial 123 then *, 3, and 2. Then enter your new secret code followed by #.

and nothing ...

or:
To activate/deactivate your voicemail's secret code, call 123 from your mobile, press *, then press 3 twice and follow the prompts.

after a call to 900, I have to enter the last four digits of my phone ... and still nothing!

Regarding the Internet club voicemail, you are not the only one having this problem. It's impossible to listen to my messages. Customer service is giving me the runaround by telling me to deactivate No Secret when I have never hidden my number. They are having technical issues but are not even able to tell you "yes, indeed it comes from us."
It's purely outrageous to lie like that.
If anyone has more information, they are welcome.

@kusmarI have the same problem but online with your login on your personal page you can listen to them.

@kusmarIt seems, at least that was my case, that one needs to reactivate their messaging by checking their 9-CI account. For a reason I don't know, it had been disabled without my intervention.

@JONESThe answering machine is indeed activated on my account. I would actually like to disable it since it no longer works, but I don't have the option to do so. And to top it all off, it's impossible to listen to the messages on flashvox.
it's a nightmare!
