Help plus aucun telechargement , virus?

Bonjour,
Je n'arrive même pas à telecharger hijackthis. J'ai réussi à désinstaller avast , mais je n'arrive plus à técharger un autre anti virus. Il me dit que mon centre de sécurité ne le permet pas. Un copain de mon fils m'a dit que c'était le nouveau virus qui ne permettait plus de charger un anti virus. Il me dit qu'il faut tout réinstaller, autre solution?

      il est possible de se passer du scan en ligne.
      Fais quelques tests pour voir si ta machine ne connait les problèmes ayant justifié ton message ou d'autres.
      En dernier lieu il faudra installer un pare feu en remplacement de celui de Windows.

        2 - Modifier ou supprimer des programmes,
        3 - Recherche WildTangent Web Driver
        4 - Clique sur supprimer
        5 - Selectionne WildTangent Updater

        Quitte la configuration par défaut, et redémarre le micro.
        Après re démarrage avec Explorateur Windows supprime le répertoire c:\program Files\WildTangent

        Les infections sont contenues dans les fichiers de restauration, pour les supprimer:
        - Panneau de configuration --> Système --> Restauration du système
        cocher " Désactiver la restauration .... "
        Ceci va supprimer les points de restauration existants et infectés

        Pour recréer un point de restauration propre :
        Démarrer --> Programmes --> Accessoires --> Outils système --> Restauration système
        Choisis "Créer un point de restauration". Suis les invites.

        Fais une mise à jour de Avira, pour cela clic droit sur l'icône dans la barre de taches, puis Start update.

        envoi un nouveau rapport Hitjack.

            Une fois antivir ouvert clique sur configuration et coche la case "expert mode"
            puis sur l´onglet scanner
            dans la fenetre de droite : tu a rootkit search vers le bas > tu developpe en appuyant sur le petit + et coche tes disques...
            Ceux qui ne voie pas rootkit search : clique sur le parapluie dans ta barre des tache > dans la fenetre d´antivir
            clique sur local protection, clique en suite sur scanner

            puis clique sur configuration en haut a droite; dans la nouvelle fenetre à gauche >scanner > coche "scan all files"
            et en dessous >scanner priority = High
            Coche : allow stopping the scanner, comme cela tu peux faire une pause pendant le scan si tu le désire.
            puis sur la droite coche les case suivantes :
            - scan boot sectors of selected drives
            - scan master boot sectors
            - scan memory
            - search for rootkit before scan
            Decoche :
            - ignore off line files
            toujours à gauche > scan > deploie > heuristique > macrovirus heuristic = coché
            et en dessous > win32 heuristic la case coché et high detection level

            - A la fin de l'installation, veille à ce que l'option « mettre a jour Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware » soit cochée
            - Lance Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware,.Dans l'onglet "mise à jour", cliques sur le bouton Recherche de mise à jour

            Redémarre en "Mode sans échec" : redémarre ton ordinateur et tapote sur la touche F8 jusqu'à l'affichage
            du menu des options avancées de Windows, et sélectionne "Mode sans échec avec prise en charge du réseau".
            Choisis ta session habituelle

            Lance Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware
            - Puis va dans l'onglet "Recherche", coche "Exécuter un examen complet" puis "Rechercher"
            - Sélectionne tes disques durs" puis clique sur "Lancer l’examen"
            - A la fin du scan, clique sur Afficher les résultats puis sur Enregistrer le rapport
            - Suppression des éléments détectés --> clique sur Supprimer la sélection
            - S'il t'es demandé de redémarrer, clique sur Yes

              Al,

              Redémarre en "Mode sans échec" : redémarre ton ordinateur et tapote sur la touche F8 jusqu'à l'affichage
              du menu des options avancées de Windows, et sélectionne "Mode sans échec avec prise en charge du réseau".
              Choisis ta session habituelle

              Double clique sur l'icône "Smitfraudfix.exe" et sélectionnes 1
              Tapez sur la touche 2 du clavier puis valider par Entrée.
              SmitFraudfix scanne alors l'ordinateur.. laissez l'opération s'effectuer
              SmitFraudfix peut vous demander si vous désirez nettoyer le registre, répondez oui à la question, pour cela tapez sur la touche o

              puis validez par la touche entrée.
              Une fois le nettoyage terminé, SmitFraudfix ouvre le rapport de nettoyage sur le bloc-note.
              La connexion internet ne fonctionne pas en mode sans échec, enregistrez le rapport sur le bureau.

              Redémarrez l'ordinateur en mode normal (comme d'habitude),

              Sur votre bureau doit se trouver le rapport enregistré (sinon il est sur le Poste de Travail / Disque C / rapport.txt)
              copier/coller le rapport pour cela :

              * Cliquez sur le menu Edition puis Sélectionner tout.
              * Cliquez à nouveau sur le menu Edition puis copier.
              * Dans votre sujet sur le forum, créez un nouveau message puis clic droit / coller dans le message afin de coller le rapport
              Et poste un nouveau rapport Hitjack,
