Bonjour,
je n'ai plus accès aux propriétés d'affichage, ni à la restauration système, impossible de mettre a jour contrôleur vidéo et jeux (plus de son alors que j'ai le bon driver pour la mise a jour). j'ai fait un scan en ligne (quasiment rien) trojan remover , ccleaner, antivirus regsupprème, spybot, ad-aware, vidé les temp et autres *.temp etc etc tout ca en sans echec mon menu demarer est presque vide bref c'est la cata... je joins un log hitjackthis (sur ce site : http://www.hijackthis.de/fr après examen du log tout va bien ...)n'ayant plus de restauration systeme j'ai réparé avec le cd windows et je n'ai donc plus le sp2
j'espère qu'une âme charitable m'aidera à y voir plus clair . Merci d'avance
ps. vtt timer décoché pour le prochain redémarrage.

          bonjour a toutes et tous merci pour tous ces petits logiciels de nettoyage glanés sur bcp de forums (ha nettoyage quand tu nous tiens !!!) tout ca pour dire qu'il fallait juste remettre le sp2 pour retrouver mes onglets en tous genre puis reinstaller les mises a jour critique et la ...miracle j'ai le son avec un petit kb88quelque chose (pas pensé à le noter dsl) du coup tout va tres bien .

            ---> Télécharge ToolsCleaner2 sur ton Bureau.
            * Double-clique sur ToolsCleaner2.exe pour le lancer.
            * Clique sur Recherche et laisse le scan agir.
            * Clique sur Suppression pour finaliser.
            * Tu peux, si tu le souhaites, te servir des Options Facultatives.
            * Clique sur Quitter pour obtenir le rapport.
            * Poste le rapport (TCleaner.txt) qui se trouve à la racine de ton disque dur (C:\).

            ---> Télécharge et installe CCleaner (N'installe pas la Yahoo Toolbar) :
            * Lance-le. Va dans Options puis Avancé et décoche la case Effacer uniquement les fichiers etc....
            * Va dans Nettoyeur, choisis Analyse. Une fois terminé, lance le nettoyage.
            * Ensuite, choisis Registre, puis Chercher des erreurs. Une fois terminé, répare toutes les erreurs tant de fois qu il en trouve a l analyse(Sauvegarde la base de registre).

            si tu as deja Ccleaner ne tiens pas compte du N°3.....mais fais ce qu il est demande avec
            (desole le canned est pour tout le monde....lol)

            Attention : ne pas toucher au PC pendant qu'il travaille !

            B-Nettoyage et Défragmentation de tes Disques
            *Nettoyage :
            Clic droit sur "poste de travail" ==>"ouvrir" ==>clic droit sur le disque C ==>Propriétés ==>onglet "Général"
            Cliques sur le bouton "nettoyage de disque", OK
            tu le fais pour chacun de tes disques

            *Vérifications des erreurs :
            Clic droit sur "poste de travail" ==>"ouvrir" ==>clic droit sur le disque C ==>Propriétés ==>onglet "Outil"
            "Vérifier maintenant", une boîte s'ouvre, cocher les cases :
            -réparer automatiquement les erreurs...
            -rechercher et tenter une récupération...
            --->Démarrer, ok
            Note : s'il te dis de redémarrer ton Pc pour le faire , tu redémarres et tu laisses faire, cela prend un peu de temps c'est normal
            tu le fais pour chacun de tes disques

            ensuite toujours dans le même onglet tu choisis :
            *Défragmentation :
            "défragmenter maintenant", OK
            une boîte s'ouvre, tu sélectionnes le disque à défragmenter, et tu cliques sur "analyser", puis après l'analyse, "défragmenter" . OK
            tu le fais pour chacun de tes disques

            Note : si tu as un utilitaire pour défragmenter , utilises le à la place ...

            C-Crées un point de restauration de ton PC :

            Aller dans le Menu Démarrer puis dans Programmes,
            - Ensuite dans Accessoires et enfin dans Outils système,
            - Choisir "Restauration du système",
            - Sélectionner "Créer un point de restauration",
            - Cliquer sur "Suivant",
            - Entrer un nom pour le point de restauration (ce nom doit être assez évocateur), exemple :
            << Point restauration sain >> .

            --> Cliquer sur "Créer" et le point de restauration se créé automatiquement.

            ensuite :

                  telecharge RSIT:

                  http://images.malwareremoval.com/random/RSIT.exe

                  random's system information tool (RSIT) par random/random et sauvegarde-le sur le Bureau.

                  Double-clique sur RSIT.exe afin de lancer RSIT.

                  Lis le contenu de l'écran Disclaimer puis clique sur Continue (si tu acceptes les conditions).

                  Si l'outil HijackThis (version à jour) n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera (autorise l'accès dans ton pare-feu, si demandé) et tu devras accepter la licence.

                  Lorsque l'analyse sera terminée, deux fichiers texte s'ouvriront.

                  Poste le contenu de log.txt (<<qui sera affiché)

                  NB : Les rapports sont sauvegardés dans le dossier C:\rsit

                          1- Télécharges : - CCleaner
                          https://www.pcastuces.com/logitheque/ccleaner.htm
                          Ce logiciel va permettre de supprimer tous les fichiers temporaires et de corriger ton registre .
                          Lors de l'installation:
                          -choisis bien "francais" en langue .
                          -avant de cliquer sur le bouton "installer", décoches toutes les "options supplémentaires" sauf les 2 premières.

                          * vas dans "nettoyeur" : fait analyse puis nettoyage
                          * vas dans "registre" : fait chercher les erreurs et réparer ( plusieurs fois jusqu'à ce qu'il n'y est plus d'erreur ) .

                          ( CCleaner : soft à garder sur son PC , super utile pour de bons nettoyages ... )

                          1- Cliques sur le setup pour lancer l'installe : laisses toi guider et ne modifies pas les paramètres d'installation .
                          A la fin de l'installe , le prg ce lance automatiquement : fermes le en cliquant sur la croix rouge .
                          Au final, tu dois avoir un raccourci sur ton bureau et aussi un cheminement comme :
                          "C:\ program files\Trend Micro\HijackThis\HijackThis.exe " .
