Bonjour,
* Données:
j'ai un ordinateur portable Toshiba A 100 sous vista. j'utilise Fire fox 3.à comme navigateur par defaut. sachant que j'ai explorer.
antivirus: ESET smart SECURITY.
*Probléme:
Depuis quelques jours, la connexion sur le net prend trop de temps.
La vitesse d'ouverture des pages weeb a trop baissé .
Si j'ouvre plusque 4 anglets de navigation: pas d'ouverture page weeb , ca rame pendant trop longtemps+ fermeture automatique de la navigation (fire fox ne repond pas, fermeture des pages weeb).
Je n'arrive plus à me connecté si le réseau est faible. avant oui
*incidents:
En arrêtant mon ordi: un message dit: "explorer.exe en exécution" !!!!, je suis obligé d'éteindre en cliquant sur oui.
page boite mail Hotmail et Hotmail messanger ont changé d'aspect:ça ressemble à mode sans échec.
J'ai déclenché scan ESET smart security:
1: détecte défaillance sur deux aspects;
2: affiche message infection mais refuse de nettoyer malgré répétition;
3: refuse nettoyage car accès refuser

Les autres logiciels sur mon bureau : ComboFix, UsbFix, je les crashe poubelle ?
--> oui tu peux les supprimer :
Combofix -> clique droit dessus / supprimer ....
Pour UsbFix :
* Va sur " démarrer " / "tous les programmes" / "UsbFix" --> clique sur "Uninstal Usbfix" .
* Ou bien rends toi dans ce dossier > C:\Program Files\UsbFix .
là tu double-cliques sur le fichier " Uninstal.exe " pour désinstaller proprement l'outil ...
J'attends donc des news fraiches du PC et le rapport Genproc demandé ... ;)

Télécharge GenProc (de Jean-Chretien1 et Narco4) sur ton bureau (et pas ailleur !) :
http://www.alt-shift-return.org/Info/Fichiers/GenProc.zip
!!Déconnecte toi et ferme tes applications en cours !!
Dézippe (=extraire tout) le contenu de ce que tu viens de télécharger sur ton bureau .
Ouvre le dossier Genproc :
double-clique sur GenProc.bat et laisse faire ...
Une fois terminé, poste le contenu du rapport qui s'ouvre ...

IMPORTANT : poste le rapport et ne fais rien d'autre pour l'instant ( souvant il faut ajouter des consignes à la manipe indiquée pour que cela fonctionne parfaitement ) .

Ah va mieux, mais...
Mieux : j'ai plus de fichier infecté, du moins pas détecté par ESETNod32.
Mais... : je me suis offert mon premier crash écran bleu hier, alors que j'en avais jamais eu...
Bon je vais faire tes dernières manips ecommandées.
Les autres logiciels sur mon bureau : ComboFix, UsbFix, je les crashe poubelle ?

,'avais fait une petite erreur dans le script ... ^^
donc on reprend :
1-Créer un doc texte sur ton bureau :
pointe ta souris sur ton bureau , clique droit : va dans "nouveau" et choisis "document texte" .
Ensuite copie/colle le texte ci-dessous ( et rien d'autre!) dans le fichier texte que tu viens de créer :

Puis va dans "fichier" et choisis "enregistrer sous ..." et tu le nommes exactement ainsi :
CFScript puis valide ...
2-Nettoyage :
!! Déconnecte toi, ferme toutes tes applications et désactive TOUTES TES DEFENSES ( tu les réactiveras après ) !!
--->Sur ton bureau, fais glisser avec ta souris le fichier CFScript sur l'icône de ComboFix.exe .
(Regarde ici : http://i261.photobucket.com/albums/ii49/Malekal_morte/CFScript.gif )
Cette manipulation va relancer combofix .
--> Une fenêtre bleue va apparaître: au message qui apparaît "Type 1 to continue, or 2 to abort" : tape 1 puis valide.
Puis patiente le temps du scan.( Le Bureau va disparaître à plusieurs reprises : c'est normal!)
!! Ne touches à rien tant que le scan n'est pas terminé !!
Note : en fin de scan, il est possible que ComboFix ait besoin de redémarrer le PC pour finaliser la désinfection, laisse-le faire.
Une fois le scan achevé, un rapport va s'afficher : poste le pour analyse ...
( Attention : cette manipe a été fait pour ce PC . Toute réutilisation peut endommager sévèrement le système d'exploitation )
3- refais un scan RSIT, poste le nouveau "log.txt" obtenu pour analyse ....

Salut, je veins de refaire la manip donc. Deux choses à noter :
- Combo Fix est "dépassé" et a donc demandé à fonctionner en "fonctionnalités réduites"
- à un moment j'ai eu ça : "Find String (QGREP) Utility à cessé de fonctionner", et j'ai choisi
"fermer le programme" et ça a continué.

la suite :
1- Impératif :
Branche toutes tes unités externes à ton PC (clé USB, DD externe, flash disk, lecteur MP3, etc...) succeptibles d'avoir été infectés, ainsi que les CD et DVD rom dont tu te sers éventuellement le plus souvent ( mais sans les ouvrir ! ) .
2-Créer un doc texte sur ton bureau :
pointe ta souris sur ton bureau , clique droit : va dans "nouveau" et choisis "document texte" .
Ensuite copie/colle le texte ci-dessous ( et rien d'autre!) dans le fichier texte que tu viens de créer :

Puis va dans "fichier" et choisis "enregistrer sous ..." et tu le nommes exactement ainsi :

3-Nettoyage :
!! Déconnecte toi, ferme toutes tes applications et désactive TOUTES TES DEFENSES ( tu les réactiveras après ) !!
--->Sur ton bureau, fais glisser avec ta souris le fichier CFScript sur l'icône de ComboFix.exe .
(Regarde ici : http://i261.photobucket.com/albums/ii49/Malekal_morte/CFScript.gif )
Cette manipulation va relancer combofix .
--> Une fenêtre bleue va apparaître: au message qui apparaît "Type 1 to continue, or 2 to abort" : tape 1 puis valide.
Puis patiente le temps du scan.( Le Bureau va disparaître à plusieurs reprises : c'est normal!)
!! Ne touches à rien tant que le scan n'est pas terminé !!
Note : en fin de scan, il est possible que ComboFix ait besoin de redémarrer le PC pour finaliser la désinfection, laisse-le faire.
Une fois le scan achevé, un rapport va s'afficher : poste le pour analyse ...
( Attention : cette manipe a été fait pour ce PC . Toute réutilisation peut endommager sévèrement le système d'exploitation )

!! Déconnecte toi,ferme tes applications en cours ( ainsi que ton navigateur ) et DESACTIVE TOUTES TES DEFENSES (anti-virus, guarde anti spy-ware, pare-feu) le temps de la manipe :
en effet , activés, ils pourraient gêner fortement la procédure de recherche et de nettoyage de l'outil ( voir planter le PC )...Tu les réactiveras donc après !!

Note : pour XP, bien installer la Console de Récupération de Windows comme il est indiqué dans le tuto ci-dessus ...

Ensuite :
double-clique sur l'icône "combofix.exe" pour lancer l'outil .
Appuie sur la touche Y (Yes) pour démarrer le scan .
Notes importantes :
-> n'utilise pas ta souris ni ton clavier (ni un autre système de pointage) pendant que le programme tourne. Cela pourrait figer l'ordi .
-> Il se peut que le PC redémarre de lui même ( pour finaliser le nettoyage ) , laisse le faire .
-> Si l'outil t'anonce ceci : "combofix a détecté la présence de rootkit et a besoin de faire redémarer votre machine", tu acceptes ...
-> si un message d'erreur windows apparait à un momment : clique sur la croix rouge en haut à droite de la fenêtre pour la fermer ( et pas sur autre chose ! sinon pas de rapport ... )
Le rapport sera crée ici : C:\Combofix.txt
Réactive bien tes défenses .
Poste le rapport Combofix pour analyse ...

en effet , activés, ils pourraient gêner fortement la procédure de recherche et de nettoyage de l'outil ( voir planter le PC )...Tu les réactiveras donc après !!
--->Important : si tu rencontres des difficultés à ce niveau là, fais m'en part avant de poursuivre ...

Ensuite :
double-clique sur l'icône "combofix.exe" pour lancer l'outil .
Appuie sur la touche Y (Yes) pour démarrer le scan .
Notes importantes :
-> n'utilise pas ta souris ni ton clavier (ni un autre système de pointage) pendant que le programme tourne. Cela pourrait figer l'ordi .
-> Il se peut que le PC redémarre de lui même ( pour finaliser le nettoyage ) , laisse le faire .
-> Si l'outil t'anonce ceci : "combofix a détecté la présence de rootkit et a besoin de faire redémarer votre machine", tu acceptes ...
-> si un message d'erreur windows apparait à un momment : clique sur la croix rouge en haut à droite de la fenêtre pour la fermer ( et pas sur autre chose ! sinon pas de rapport ... )
Le rapport sera crée ici : C:\Combofix.txt
Réactive bien tes défenses .
Poste le rapport Combofix pour analyse ...

Comment aller en Mode sans échec :
1) Redémarre ton ordi .
2) Tapote la touche F8 immédiatement, (F5 sur certains PC) juste après le "Bip" .
3) Tu tapotes jusqu' à l'apparition de l'écran avec les options de démarrage .
4) Choisis la première option : Sans Échec , et valide en tapant sur [Entrée] .
5) Choisis ton compte habituel ( et pas Administrateur ).
attention : pas de connexion possible en mode sans échec , donc copie ou imprime bien la manipe pour éviter les erreurs ...

Mode Ss Echec :
comme tu n'avais pas précisé j'ai essayé de deux façons : 1/ en passant en MSE puis en lancant UsbFix (mais il me demande quand même mon password au redemarrage); 2/ en lancant UsbFix et, au redemarrage, en le passant en MSE.
Dans les deux cas, le probleme n'est pas resolu. T'as pas un flingue ?? -

Alors justement avant de commencer, j'ai essayé de recenser ce que j'avais comme defenses. Deja je pensais n'avoir que EST/Nod32 antivirus et Parefeu.
mais je constate que j'ai aussi Windows Defender et Parefeu Windows. Ces deux derniers j'ai essayé de voir si je peux les déactiver, ça a pas l'air possible.
Du Bilou, ça.... Je fais quoi je les supprime à ton avis ?
Les USBFIX et Hijackthis je les crashe aussi ou ils ne sont pas actifs quand ils ne sont pas lancés ??

1- Supprime UsbFix propremement ainsi :
* Va sur " démarrer " / "tous les programmes" / "UsbFix" --> clique sur "Uninstal Usbfix" .
* Ou bien rends toi dans ce dossier > C:\Program Files\UsbFix .
là tu double-cliques sur le fichier " Uninstal.exe " pour désinstaller proprement l'outil ...
2- ne pas oublier ceci !
-> Pour installer ou pour lancer les outils, que tu utiliseras au court de la désinfection, fais toujours ainsi :
clique DROIT ( sur le setup d'installe ou l'outil ) -> choisis " Exécuter entant qu'administrateur " .
Fais ce-ci systématiquement ! ...
3- on recommence :
Télécharge UsbFix ( de Chiquitine29 et Chimay8 ) sur ton bureau :
http://sd-1.archive-host.com/membres/up/116615172019703188/UsbFix.exe
! Déconnecte toi d'internet et ferme toutes applications en cours !
--> Double-clique sur l' .exe pour lancer l'installation de l'outil ( ne touche pas aux paramètres d'installe ) .
Impératif :
Branche toutes tes unités externes à ton PC (clé USB, DD externe, flash disk, lecteur MP3, etc...) succeptibles d'avoir été infectés, ainsi que les CD et DVD rom dont tu te sers éventuellement le plus souvent ( mais sans les ouvrir ! ) .
--> Double-clique sur le raccourci "UsbFix" qui est sur ton bureau pour lancer l'outil :
* Tape sur 1 ( option " nettoyage " ) puis sur [entrée] et suis les instructions ...
--> Le pc va redémarrer ... laisse travailler l'outil et ne touche à rien ...
( Note : pour les unités externes non utlisées, clique sur "continuer" lors du message d'avertissement )
--> Une fois de retour à ton bureau , attends le message de fin du nettoyage ,
puis appuie sur une touche pour que le rapport "UsbFix.txt" s'affiche .
Fais un copier/coller de son contenu dans ta prochaine réponse pour analyse et attends la suite ....
( Note : le rapport UsbFix.txt est sauvegardé a la racine du disque dur > C:\UsbFix.txt )
PS : Si le Bureau ne réapparait pas, presse Ctrl + Alt + Suppr , Onglet "Fichier"-> "Nouvelle tâche":
tape explorer.exe et valides .
Une fois ce rapport posté , fais la suite :
4- refais un scan RSIT , poste le nouveau rapport "log.txt" obtenu et attends la suite ....

le problème c'est qu'il ne redémarre pas si je ne rentre pas le password qui est demandé à chaque démarrage du PC, il ne démarre pas tout seul, ce qui est aussi logique et rassurant.
Et qu'une fois que j'ai inscrit ce code d'entrée, il ne passe rien du tout nada makhach, même si j'attend une heure...

fais ceci :
1- Télécharge UsbFix ( de Chiquitine29 et Chimay8 ) sur ton bureau :
http://sd-1.archive-host.com/membres/up/116615172019703188/UsbFix.exe
! Déconnecte toi d'internet et ferme toutes applications en cours !
--> Double-clique sur l' .exe pour lancer l'installation de l'outil ( ne touche pas aux paramètres d'installe ) .
Impératif :
Branche toutes tes unités externes à ton PC (clé USB, DD externe, flash disk, lecteur MP3, etc...) succeptibles d'avoir été infectés, ainsi que les CD et DVD rom dont tu te sers éventuellement le plus souvent ( mais sans les ouvrir ! ) .
--> Double-clique sur le raccourci "UsbFix" qui est sur ton bureau pour lancer l'outil :
* Tape sur 1 ( option " nettoyage " ) puis sur [entrée] et suis les instructions ...
--> Le pc va redémarrer ... laisse travailler l'outil et ne touche à rien ...
( Note : pour les unités externes non utlisées, clique sur "continuer" lors du message d'avertissement )
--> Une fois de retour à ton bureau , attends le message de fin du nettoyage ,
puis appuie sur une touche pour que le rapport "UsbFix.txt" s'affiche .
Fais un copier/coller de son contenu dans ta prochaine réponse pour analyse et attends la suite ....
( Note : le rapport UsbFix.txt est sauvegardé a la racine du disque dur > C:\UsbFix.txt )
PS : Si le Bureau ne réapparait pas, presse Ctrl + Alt + Suppr , Onglet "Fichier"-> "Nouvelle tâche":
tape explorer.exe et valides .
2- Refais un scan RSIT , poste le nouveau rapport "log.txt" obtenu et attends la suite ....

on va voir ce qu'il en est ... ^^
fais ceci pour commencer :
1- protocole à suivre pour Windows Vista :
*Désactiver le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs ou UAC (le réactiver seulement à la fin de la désinfection) :
Aller dans "démarrer" puis "panneau de configuration" :
--->Sur la droite de la fenêtre , cliques sur " affichage classique "
--->Double-Cliquer sur l'icône "Comptes d'utilisateurs"
--->Cliquer ensuite sur "Activer ou désactiver le contrôle ..." .
--->Décocher la case "utlisiser le contrôle ..." et cliquer sur OK .
Puis redémarrer le PC quand il le vous saura demandé ...

* Important :
Pour installer ou pour lancer les outils, que tu utiliseras au court de la désinfection, fait toujours ainsi :
cliques DROIT ( sur le setup d'installe ou l'outil )-> choisis " Exécuter entant qu'administrateur " .
Fais ce-ci systématiquement ! ...
une fois ceci fait et pris en compte , commences par ce qui suit :
2- Télécharges et installes le logiciel HijackThis :

-->Cliques sur le setup pour lancer l'installe : laisses toi guider et ne modifies pas les paramètres d'installation .
A la fin de l'installe , le prg se lance automatiquement : fermes le en cliquant sur la croix rouge .
Au final, tu dois avoir un raccourci sur ton bureau et aussi un cheminement comme :
"C:\ program files\Trend Micro\HijackThis\HijackThis.exe " .
( ne lances pas ce prg pour l'instant et fais la suite ... )
3- Télécharges Random's System Information Tool (RSIT) de random/random et enregistre l'exécutable sur ton Bureau.
-> http://images.malwareremoval.com/random/RSIT.exe
! Déconnecte toi et fermes toutes tes applications en cours !
Double-clique sur " RSIT.exe " pour le lancer .
-> Une première fenêtre s'ouvre avec en titre : " Disclaimer of warranty " .
* Devant l'option "List files/folders created ..." , tu choisis : 2 months
* cliques ensuite sur " Continue " pour lancer l'analyse ...
-> laisses faire le scan et ne touche pas au PC ...
Lorsque l'analyse sera terminée, deux fichiers texte s'ouvriront (probablement avec le bloc-note).
Postes le contenu de " log.txt " (c'est celui qui apparait à l'écran), ainsi que de " info.txt " (que tu verras dans la barre des tâches), pour analyse et attends la suite ...
Important : postes un rapport, puis l'autre dans la réponse suivante ... si tu essayes de poster les deux en même temps,
cela risque d'être trop long pour le forum ...
Et si "log.txt" seul, ne passe pas non plus , fais le en 2 fois ... merci ...
( Note : les rapports seront en outre sauvegardés dans ce dossier -> C:\rsit )-
bonjour, j'ai eu le meme souci et ai suivi tes instructions (sauf qu'a aucun moment je n'ai eu le choix de cliquer droit pour intaller ne tnat qu'admin..). en tout cas voilà le contenu du log.txt :
