Bonjour,
un problème sur un pc qui m'affiche en permanence le message : your pc is infected.
j'ai utilisé comme decrit dans votre tuto le log smitfraudfix mais g toujours le message d 'erreur.
j'avais au paravant utilisé un tuto expliquant comment suprimer antispywarexp2009, avec suppression des cles de la base de registre et avec l'utilisation du fire wall d'avast pour empecher la connection au site www.antispywarexp2009.com

Le problème concerne une infection persistante affichant 'your pc is infected', malgré l’utilisation du log SmitFraudFix, des tentatives pour supprimer antispywarexp2009 et bloquer son site, et l’intervention Avast. L’examen des rapports montre une exécution de SmitFraudFix en mode normal puis sans échec, suivie de nettoyages et de suppressions de fichiers infectés et de clés de registre corrompues. La meilleure réponse propose ensuite un balayage avec ComboFix et Malwarebytes, création d’un point de restauration, puis suppression de composants suspects et d’entrées de démarrage. En complément, l’analyse suggère l’utilité d’outils présents dans le dossier ComboFix et qu’un redémarrage après nettoyage peut être nécessaire pour stabiliser le système et éviter d'autres réinfections.

* Poste le rapport (TCleaner.txt) qui se trouve à la racine de ton disque dur (C:\).

---> Lance-le. Va dans "Options" puis "Avancé", tu décoches la case "Effacer uniquement les fichiers etc...". Tu vas dans "Nettoyeur", tu fais "Analyse". Une fois terminé, tu lances le nettoyage. Puis tu vas dans "Registre", tu fais "Chercher des erreurs". Une fois terminé, tu répares toutes les erreurs sans sauvegarder la base de registre.

- Télécharge HijackThis v2.0.2 sur ton Bureau.
- Double-clique sur HJTInstall afin de lancer l'installation.

---> Télécharge ComboFix.exe de sUBs sur ton Bureau :

/!\ Déconnecte-toi du net et ferme toutes les applications, antivirus et antispyware y compris /!\
---> Double-clique sur Combofix.exe
Un "pop-up" va apparaître qui dit que "ComboFix est utilisé à vos risques et avec aucune garantie...".
Accepte en cliquant sur "Oui"
---> Mets-le en langue française F
Tape sur la touche 1 (Yes) pour démarrer le scan.
/!\ Ne touche à rien tant que le scan n'est pas terminé. /!\
En fin de scan, il est possible que ComboFix ait besoin de redémarrer le PC pour finaliser la désinfection, laisse-le faire.
Une fois le scan achevé, un rapport va s'afficher : Poste son contenu
/!\ Réactive la protection en temps réel de ton antivirus et de ton antispyware avant de te reconnecter à Internet. /!\
Note : Le rapport se trouve également là : C:\ComboFix\Combofix.txt
