Virus Windows Live Messenger
Bonjour,
Un de mes contacts m'a envoyé un message instantané contenant une phrase en anglais ainsi qu'un fichier zippé intitulé photos... J'ai cliqué dessus, ce qu'il ne fallait pas faire bien entendu puisque le virus semble s'être installé sur mon PC... Tous mes contacts reçoivent le même message que celui que j'ai reçu, mais en plus, je ne parviens plus à ouvrir de fenêtre pour dialoguer avec mes contacts....
J'ai donc téléchargé MSNFix.zip (de !aur3n7) sur mon bureau, puis je l'ai décompressé (clic droit >> Extraire ici) et ai double cliqué sur le fichier MSNFix.bat.
J'ai ensuite exécuté l'option R. Une fenêtre à fond bleue est alors apparue m'informant qu'une infection été bien présente.
L'infection ayant été détectée, j'ai alors tapé sur une touche afin de procéder au nettoyage.
Une fenêtre à fond rouge est alors apparue pour me préciser que des fichiers infectés étaient encore présents et me demandant de bien vouloir redémarrer mon PC pour terminer le nettoyage. Ce que j'ai fait...
Voici ce qui s'est alors affiché sur mon écran après le redémarrage de l'ordinateur sur une page bloc notes...

Malheureusement, cela n'a pas suffi... le virus est toujours là, et cherche toujours à se propager à travers mes contacts... Impossible également d'ouvrir des fenêtres de dialogue... Que faire??? Je ne sais pas....

J'ai désinstallé antivir comme tu me l'a demandé....
Puis, j'ai essayé d'obtenir un rapport avec SDFix.... Le même message que d'habitude c'est alors affiché après le redémarrage du PC... Impossible d'obtenir le rapport...
J'ai ensuite essayé de relancer l'installation d'internet explorer 7 mais là aussi encore une fois le même message s'est affiché m'indiquant que l'installation n'avait pu être terminée...
Que faire d'après toi?
J'ai l'impression qu'on tourne en rond...

ModérateurQue s'est-il passé avec Internet Explorer ?

J'ai lancé l'installation mais au bout d'un moment une fenêtre s'est affichée m'indiquant que l'installation n'avait pu être terminée correctement et qu'il fallait que je redémarre mon PC après quoi un logo s'afficherait et s'intitulerait : Internet Explorer - résolution de problèmes.
Après redémarrage, j'ai donc cliqué dessus et je suis arrivée sur la page suivante :

J'ai alors désactivé mon antivirus et mon pare feu comme le préconisait la première méthode, puis j'ai relancé l'installation d'internet explorer.... La même fenêtre que précédemment s'est alors ouverte avec le même message...
J'ai redémarré à nouveau le PC... Le logo était toujours là... Dois-je essayer les autres méthodes préconisées sur le site?
En tout cas, merci encore une fois pour ta réponse!!!!
PS : Depuis j'ai réactivé mon pare feu et mon antivirus.

---> Lance-le. Va dans "Options" puis "Avancé", tu décoches la case "Effacer uniquement les fichiers etc...". Tu vas dans "Nettoyeur", tu fais "Analyse". Une fois terminé, tu lances le nettoyage. Puis tu vas dans "Registre", tu fais "Chercher des erreurs". Une fois terminé, tu répares toutes les erreurs sans sauvegarder la base de registre.

Salut, si la solution de Destrio5 ne marche pas, télécharge clean Virus MSN et lance le. C'est un outil spécial pour les virus de msn ;)

* Télécharge SDFix (par Andy Manchesta) et sauvegarde-le sur ton bureau.

* Double-clique sur SDFix.exe et choisis Install pour l'extraire dans son dossier sur le bureau.
* Redémarre le PC en mode sans échec :

* Choisis ton compte.
Déroule la liste des instructions ci-dessous :
* Ouvre le dossier SDFix qui vient d'être créé sur le bureau et double-clique sur RunThis.bat pour lancer le script.
* Appuie sur Y pour commencer le nettoyage.
* Quand il te le demandera, appuie sur une touche pour redémarrer le PC.
* Ton système sera plus long à redémarrer car l'outil va continuer à s'exécuter et supprimer des fichiers.
* Après le chargement du bureau, l'outil aura terminé et affichera Finished.
* Appuie sur une touche pour finir l'exécution du script et charger les icônes de ton bureau.
* Le rapport SDFix s'ouvrira et il sera enregistré dans le dossier SDFix sous le nom Report.txt.
* Enfin, copie/colle le rapport du fichier Report.txt.-
Merci pour ton aide, mais j'ai encore quelques petits problèmes...
Tout fonctionne jusqu'au moment où il faut redémarrer le PC....il redémarre mais voila ce qui s'affiche : Windows ne trouve pas 'C:\DOCUME~1\LODIE~1\Bureau\SDFix\RunThis.batx\Runthis.bat'.
J'ai pourtant réessayer à plusieurs reprises mais le résultat est toujours le même...Alors que faire?????
