Bonjour,à chaque fois que j'ouvre une page internet un certain spyware security apparait en me demandant d'analyser mon ordinateur puisque mon système est infecté.j'ai essayé de le supprimer pas mal de fois mais il réapparait toujours. que devrai_je faire?

    Il aurais fallu le dire plus tôt ;))

    Tu désinstalles Navilog , puis tu le re-télécharge avec le lien qu'on t'avais donné ,, puis fait directement l'option1 ( poste pas le rapport ) et enchaine avec l'option 2 ( poste le rapport cette fois-ci )

      Essaye en désactivant tes protections résidentes ( anti-virus . . )

    Quand tu fais l'option 2 , il se passe quoi exactement ?

      voici le msg exactement:
      Pour effectuer un netoyage avec choix 2 vous devez imperativement avoir fait auparavant une recherche avec le choix 1 et transmis le rapport au Helper qui vous a pris en charge
      l'outil ca être interrompu

      Fait un clique droit Sur Navilog > exécuter en tant qu'administrateur pour le lancer stp.

      - Choisir cette fois option 2 taper 2
      note : le bureau disparaît
      -redémarrage du pc
      - mettre le rapport dans la réponse

        vas désinstaller sweetIM dans tes programmes...

        ensuite réessayes navilog stp :

        Quand il est lancé
        = taper F
        = Appuyer sur une touche jusqu' arriver aux options
        = Choisir Recherche ( = taper 1 )
        ne pas utiliser les autres sans avis , il peut y avoir des processus légitimes

        un rapport : fixnavi.txt
        dans ==> C :

        télécharge OtMoveIt

        Télécharge OTMoveIt http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/oldtimer/OTMoveIt2.exe (de Old_Timer) sur ton Bureau.
        Double-clique sur OTMoveIt.exe pour le lancer.
        Copie la liste qui se trouve en gras dans la citation ci-dessous et colle-la dans le cadre de gauche de OTMoveIt sous Paste List of Files/Folders to move.

        C:\progra~2\micros~1\windows\startm~1\programs\InternetGameB­ox
        C:\Users\User\AppData\Local\virtualstore\Program Files\InternetGameBox
        C:\Windows\prefetch\INTERNETGAMEBOX.EXE-550F1059.pf

        clique sur MoveIt! pour lancer la suppression.
        Le résultat apparaitra dans le cadre "Results".
        Clique sur Exit pour fermer.
        Poste le rapport situé dans C:\_OTMoveIt\MovedFiles.

        Il te sera peut-être demandé de redémarrer le pc pour achever la suppression. Si c'est le cas accepte par Yes.

        ensuite :

        Fix.reg

        Ouvre le bloc-notes (click droit sur le bureau > dans l´arborescence choisi nouveau et nouveau fichier texte) et fais un copier coller de ce qui est en gras dans la citation ci-dessous (copie tout d'un trait sans les barres(x)) :

          télécharge OtMoveIt

          Télécharge OTMoveIt http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/oldtimer/OTMoveIt2.exe (de Old_Timer) sur ton Bureau.
          Double-clique sur OTMoveIt.exe pour le lancer.
          Copie la liste qui se trouve en gras dans la citation ci-dessous et colle-la dans le cadre de gauche de OTMoveIt sous Paste List of Files/Folders to move.

          c:\program files\macrogaming\sweetim\sweetim.exe
          c:\users\user\appdata\local\wuuooym.exe

          clique sur MoveIt! pour lancer la suppression.
          Le résultat apparaitra dans le cadre "Results".
          Clique sur Exit pour fermer.
          Poste le rapport situé dans C:\_OTMoveIt\MovedFiles.

          Il te sera peut-être demandé de redémarrer le pc pour achever la suppression. Si c'est le cas accepte par Yes.

          ensuite :

          Fix.reg

          Ouvre le bloc-notes (click droit sur le bureau > dans l´arborescence choisi nouveau et nouveau fichier texte) et fais un copier coller de ce qui est en gras dans la citation ci-dessous (copie tout d'un trait sans les barres(x)) :

            1)pour vista

            Désactive le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs (tu le réactiveras après ta désinfection):

            - Va dans démarrer puis panneau de configuration
            - Double Clique sur l'icône "Comptes d'utilisateurs"
            - Clique ensuite sur désactiver et valide.

            2)télécharger sur le bureau Navilog1 : http://perso.orange.fr/il.mafioso/Navifix/Navilog1.exe

            Si votre antivirus s'affole , le désactiver
            =sous vista : Clic-droit sur le raccourci Navilog1 présent sur le bureau et choisis "Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur
            =sous XP : double-clic dessus pour l'installer et le lancer

            Quand installé
            = taper F
            = Appuyer sur une touche jusqu' arriver aux options
