Bonjour,

Un de mes contacts msn m'a envoyé un lien avec une photo à ouvrir et depuis j'observe un comportement anormal de mon ordinateur (programmes qui s'ouvrent tout seul, clavier qui fonctionne par intermittence...)

J'ai fait un scanner avec Avast mais ça n'a rien donné.

Etant nulle en informatique, j'ai besoin de votre aide.

        Si tu as fait la partie ToolsCleaner de la procédure de fin, celui-ci a du s'en charger (Je n'ai pas vu le rapport de celui-là).

        Par contre garde CCleaner qui te servira de temps en temps pour faire le ménage avec la même procédure que je t'ai donné le concernant.

          Est ce que je peux supprimer tous les programmes installés tout au long de cette opération?

              Bonjour, j ai été infecté par un virus sur msn. On m a en fait envoyé un fichier nommé party.rar et depuis je n arrive pas a enlever ce virus.
              On m a alors dit d utiliser MSNFix mais il ne detecte aucune infection alors que le virus est toujours la.

              Comment puis-je faire pour enlever ce virus ? merci

                désolée j'étais partie en cours le temps que le scanner se fasse... ci dessous le rapport du scan de antivir. En redémarrant l'ordi après ce scanner, antivir s'est ouvert et effectue une autre opération (statut: scanning file), est-ce normal?

                dois-je aussi installer les autres programmes AVG anti-spyware et ccleaner?

                  • Télécharger ToolsCleaner2
                  • Double-clic dessus à l'endroit où il a été téléchargé :
                  • clic sur Recherche
                  • patienter un moment le temps qu'il travaille...
                  • Lorsque la recherche est terminée ToolsCleaner affiche une liste des différents outils trouvés,
                  • clic sur Suppression afin de les supprimer.
                  • Fermer le programme en cliquant sur Quitter.
                  • Poster le rapport qui se trouve ici >>> C:\TCleaner.txt

                  Supprimer TOOLSCLEANER et tous les rapports ayant pu être sauvegardé.

                  • Avec les touches « flèches », sélectionner Mode sans échec ==> entrée ==>nom utilisateur habituel

                  • Faire une analyse complète de la machine

                  En fin de scan ( qui est assez long)
                  • Clic Sauvegarder REPORT puis Enregistrer sous et choisir bureau
