MSN Virus ? ?

Bonjour,
Je crains ...... En effet, je pense qu'un virus s'est introduit dans mon PC . j'ai téléchargé une" photo" ... et c'en n'est pas une . je croyais mon correspondant en conversation par clavier ( écriture) avec moi . quand j'ai répondu dans l'instant même , il était hors ligne. Bizare . à postériori il me confirma qu'il ne m'avait pas écrit.....

Une photo : NON ! !! une application MS DOS signalée par Vista. - DSC01497.zip ; je l'ai supprimé

Ma protection Pc est Norton 360 ( abonnement d'un an ) je vous soumet le problème . si l'on peut me venir en aide ...

    regarde ce tuto pour MSNFix.

    https://www.malekal.com/supprimer-virus-desinfecter-pc/

    Décompresse-le (clic droit : Extraire ici).
    A la racine du système, déplace le dossier décompressé, comme suit :
    C:\MSNFix.
    Ouvre-le et double clique sur le fichier MSNFix.bat
    .
    - Exécute l'option R.
    - Si l'infection est détectée, un message l'indiquera et il suffira de presser une touche pour lancer le nettoyage.
    - Sauvegarde ce rapport puis fais-en un copier/coller sur le forum, ainsi qu'un scan HijackThis fait en mode normal.
    - Le rapport sera enregistré dans le même dossier que MSNFix sous forme date_heure.txt
    Poste-le dans une réponse.
    Note :
    Si une erreur de suppression est détectée un message s'affichera demandant de redémarrer l'ordinateur afin de terminer les opérations.
    Dans ce cas il suffit de redémarrer l'ordinateur en mode normal
    Sauvegarder et fermer le rapport pour que Windows termine de se lancer normalement.

      merci , vous avez donc la possibilté de supprimer les messages ... en tout cas merci de l' avoir remis car j'en ai besoin . j'avoue que je suis un peu perdu, ce n'est pas évident.

      comment fonctionne le site ? , j'ai recu votre message par un signalement rouge clignotant dans mon espace perso. et la nous sommes hors connection .....
      tout est pratiquement nouveau, cela fait peu de temps que je suis inscrit , se familiariser petit à petit....
      dans l'ensemble je suis très satisfait , et je remercie les internautes qui m'aident . je pense notamment à une intervention pour l'éradiction de deux trojans sur le Pc d'une amie
      j'ai très peu à apporter malheureusement aux autres dans le domaine de l'informatique car je n' y connais pas grand chose

    bonjour
    j'ai un virus ds mon pc celui ac la photo qu'on télécharge par msn et qui infecte tout.
    J'ai lu les différentes procédures à suivre notamment avec MSNFix mais ça ne fonctionne pas lorsque je veux cliquer sur MSNFix.bat ça met met error qu'il faut que je décompresse MSNFix mais je n'y parviens pas.
    Je désespère je ne sais plus quoi faire pour m'en débarasser. Vous serez t-il possible de me venir en aide assez vite j'ai absolument besoin de mon PC.

      bon ok réinstalle IE , tu as biensur 1 otre mode de navigation!!! tel firefox (que je te conseille vivement en + d'IE!)

        oH excusez moi .......erreur sur mon interlocuteur ..... en fait c'était vous Funnigirl , je n'ai pas fait attention .
        J'ai recherché cet après midi sur ce site des renseignements sur une désinstallation mais bon , peut être des risques et périls pour un profane que je suis..... En ajouant un second navigateur, cela devrit ëtre suffisant.

      Désinstaller IE parce qu'il fait des bugs ; antivir impossible de mettre les mises à jour car pas d'accés à internet sur le site de l'antivirus Et à présent , il ne télécharge pas les controles Actives X quellque soit le site ( en effet même problème rencontré dans mon espace perso ) alors......

      Apparemment, il n'y a pas de solution de reconfigurations , bon je m'en remets à vous ..... Je ne sais pas

      pour le scan , je l'ai passé en faisant une nouvelle configuration pour une analyse plus étendue. Aucune alerte, pas d'objets malicieux détectés. Je vous envoie le rapport ??? ou ....

        J'aimerai installer le navigateur ; Firefox mozilla ou un autre, le temps de faire cette manip suvante :

        désinstaller et réinstaller le navigateur internet exploreur.

        une question : comment désinstaller le nanigateur "internet "exploreur" , je ne l'ai pas vu dans "ajout /suppression Programme" ? tutauriaux ? ?

        mon "internet exploreur" fait trop de Bugs : anti vir et maintenant les controle actives X

            pour faire simplement ...... Le navigateur "internet exploreur" ne peut pas télécharger les controles "active X" (message d'erreur) , alors redirection vers page site web. En conséquence le scan en ligne de Karperky ne se peut pas se lancer. ... essai de reconfiguration sans succès..... une solution ? ?

            bon, je lance l'analyse de l'antivirus.......

          bon, eh bien !!!!! une nouveauté : Je ne peux pas effectuer le scan en ligne Karpesky Son intialisation ne peut se faire.
          En effet, les controles active X ne se téléchargent pas . Comme d'habitude la protection "anti pop up" ( barre jaune ) signale . Donc , j'autorise. Et là apparait alors le message suivant " Internet Explorer ne peut pas télécharger - erreur non spécifiée ". et s'ouvre alors une fenêtre sur un site Web ( camiif et la seconde fois : Last minute.com ! ).
          J'ai désactivé le bloqueur de pop up, Je suis allé aussi dans " propriété de sécurité internet" ...... rien n'y fait !

            peux tu me faire un scan en ligne Kaspersky sous Internet Explorer stp ?

            Désactive ton antivirus, le temps du scan !

            Clique sur Démarrer Online-Scanner
            Clique maintenant sur J'accepte.
            Valide l'installation d'un ou de plusieurs ActiveX si c'est nécessaire.
            Patiente pendant l'installation des Mises à jour.
            Choisis par la suite l'analyse du Poste de travail.
            Sauvegarde puis colle le rapport généré en fin d'analyse.

            NOTE : Si tu reçois le message "La licence de Kaspersky On-line Scanner est périmée"
            va dans Ajout/Suppression de programmes puis désinstalle On-Line Scanner
            reconnecte toi sur le site de Kaspersky pour retenter le scan en ligne.

              Il va falloir analyser un fichier suspect !

              Il se peut qu'il se trouve dans les " dossiers cachés " du systeme. Il faut donc les rendre visibles pour le scan.
              Pour afficher les dossiers et fichiers cachés:
              Panneau de configuration > Options des dossiers > onglet Affichage.
              coche Afficher les fichiers et dossiers cachés,
              décoche Masquer les extensions de fichiers connus
              décoche Masquer les fichiers protégés du Système.
              Un message de mise en garde va apparaitre. Clique sur OK pour confirmer ton choix.
              Les fichiers et dossiers cachés du système apparaitront alors dans l'explorateur Windows en transparence.
              Lorsque tu aura fini d'intervenir dans les répertoires système, fait la manip inverse pour recacher les fichiers système.

              Rend toi chez Virus Total pour analyser ce fichier.

                Salut .....................

                Il faut savoir que sous Vista, certains Fix ne sont pas compatibles

                Pour Vista, il faut cette version de HijackThis :la 2.0.2

                Veille à ce que le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs (UAC) soit désactivé.
                Démarrer > Panneau de configuration > Choisis l'affichage classique sur la gauche et double-clique sur Comptes d'utilisateurs.
                Clique ensuite sur Activer ou désactiver le contrôle des comptes d'utilisateurs.
                L'UAC demandera une confirmation (la dernière !), clique sur le bouton Continuer.
                Dans la nouvelle fenêtre venant de s'ouvrir, décoche la case "Utiliser le contrôle des comptes d'utilisateurs"
                clique sur OK.
                Afin que les changements soient effectifs, il te sera demandé de redémarrer l'ordinateur.

                (1) Clic droit sur l'icône de HJT
                L'exécuter en tant qu'administrateur

                (2) Dézippe le dans un dossier prévu à cet effet.
                Par exemple C:\hijackthis < Enregistre le bien dans c : !

                  encore quelque chose ..... la suppression des outils , c'est OTMoveit.exe... eh bien clip sur "clean up" , un message apparait " file acces denied " et aucune action ne se produit. je ne serai pas étonné parce ? ? ? que le chemin d"accés au fichier malicieux détecté par Karperky , passait comme suiit ; C:/ OT Movelt / Mored Files /O3072008 -221805/documents and setting / paule /nouveau dossier / LOGICIEL IMPORTANT/ Vide (fichier suspect supprimé.)

                  Reconnecte toi, fais les mises à jours Antivir... tu seras mieux protégé !

                  Après l'installation, mets le à jour - si ton firewall fait une alerte.. accepte la connexion.
                  Assure toi qu'Antivir est bien à jour, vérifie la date d'update.

                  Redémarre en mode sans échec, pour cela, redémarre l'ordinateur, avant le logo Windows, tapote sur la touche F8, un menu va apparaître, choisis Mode sans échec et appuye sur la touche entrée du clavier.

                  - Ouvre Antivir par le menu Démarrer / Programmes
                  - Cliquez sur l'onglet Scanner.
                  - Sélectionne Manual Selection
                  - Sélectionne le disque C
                  - Lance le scan - Mets en quarantaine tous les éléments détectés.
                  - Une fois le scan terminé Enregistre le rapport.

                  Redémarre en mode normal.

                  Poste le rapport ici.
