How can I highlight creamy?

      Your data in A2:A12 (without empty cells)
      =INDEX(A2:A11,MODE(MATCH(A2:A11,A2:A11,0)))
      Array formula to be confirmed with Ctrl+Shift+Enter (it will be enclosed in curly brackets)
