For a few days now, the envelope has remained on my phone's screen although I have no messages in my Orange mailbox, can someone

    Hello,
    Without knowing the model of your device, it's impossible to answer you with certainty.
    However, the envelope on a phone does not necessarily mean there is a message on the voicemail.
    It can also indicate a missed call (without a message).
    You should be able to see the number(s) of the caller(s) who called you by opening the "call log."
