Bluetooth on Dell E5500

Hello,
I have a DELL E5500 with Windows 7. I just discovered that I have a "bluetooth" indicator light, but I can't turn it on. I installed a driver from the Dell website. When I install it, I'm asked to turn on the wireless switch. I can't figure out what that is.. Can someone help me?
Thank you

  1. I think you should check the manual of your PC to see where the switch is located, and if not, use the diagnostic tool available on the Dell Support website!

    1. Thank you for your response.
However, I have already tried turning on the Wi-Fi driver, then turning off the Wi-Fi, but when I’m asked to toggle the switch, nothing happens.
      Have a good evening.
      1. Hello,
on my Dell E5440, the switch is the same as for Wi-Fi!
Activating the Wi-Fi switch also turns on Bluetooth!
